Ordered and paid for item which was not received. Tried phoning, emailing and writing to the them but have not heard anything at all. Currently looking to use the legal process to resolve.

Order a radiator on line with a quoted delivery time of 3 to 5 days, received email confirmation. A week later chased no response, my wife emailed after trying to get through on phone - no response. I resent original email with an update - still no response - time elapsed now 14 days since they took payment in full!! Gave up with email and spent the day trying to get through on phone - rang out over 20 times no response. Finally got through to someone who was not interested in helping, took details agreeing they were well over there own delivery deadline, said would speak to despatch and ring back - you guessed right no call back. However later that evening received email saying they had cancelled my order and would issue full credit - but no reason - fantastic customer service. Think carefully before using this lot, pricing might be keen but that’s where any positives end. I have scored one star but that’s to high for this lot!!

Well where do I start, first off there was no way of tracking my order other than via the Shop App which was a complete waste of time as it didn’t specify when I could expect the delivery which bare in mind was ordered on the 28/09/22 and after several calls which involved many excuses as to why it had not arrived which to be honest would take me too long to type the goods finally arrived today and guess what, there were items missing. I contacted the Nationwide Radiator team about my order and explained my dilemma to the member of their team who told me he would contact the warehouse to see if they could look into why part of the order was missing and he would ring me back. Two hours later I rang back to be reassured by the same person of the team who told me that he was still waiting for a response from the warehouse team and would ring me back again! You’ve guessed it, no call back, which has left me thinking that I can only assume that the warehouse is in some far off country, may be North Korea where it is known that moving goods in and out of the country is a tad difficult, oh and not forgetting the time difference. I am by nature an optimistic person who will always try to take the positive from a negative situation but on this occasion I’m struggling, so my advice to you all is that whilst the goods ton offer appear to be good value for money getting hold of them is a different matter, so purchase with caution, in that if like me you have a Kitchen or bathroom being fitted to a schedule you will need to build in a time contingency ie 3-6 months to be on the safe side. 😞

Received a basin and tried to return it. I’ve emailed and called 5 times now and no one has gotten back to me. They don’t seem to care about the small things like customers returns. Unfortunately for them I do much larger specifications for projects but I definitely won’t ever be using them again because of their poor customer service.

A terrible experience from start to finish. ordered item stating 3-7 days delivery. chasing emails went unanswered when item failed to arrive after 7 days. chasing phone calls directed by answer phone message to emails which go unanswered! 2 weeks later item finally arrived but completely smashed in box (very poor packing by them). called to complain and was told replacement would arrive in 5 days. it never arrived and when i call back to complain, they now cant actually tell me when it will arrive. over 3 weeks later i still don't have the item. The team seem uninterested in providing useful assistance and Mike the sales manager was equally unhelpful, begrudgingly apologising for any inconvenience caused by others?!

Received a faulty toilet - have been trying to arrange a replacement for over a month with no new delivery date confirmed. Have now given up and requested a refund as it is holding up other work on our property, but I am yet to receive any contact regarding the refund. Absolutely shocking customer service especially when the product was faulty, I have had to repeatedly chase for responses and no contact number has been provided to be able to talk to someone directly rather than email which would likely have provided a quicker and more personable resolution. The company has not been sympathetic or apologetic to the matter and I am left feeling like another number in the system. All I want at this point is a refund for a faulty product but I am still waiting.

AVOID-AVOID-AVOID. Please read the reviews, I wish I had. Delivered the wrong product and then constantly lied to, if I could get through, as they cut me off when they recognised my number. Nobody replies to any emails, even the 'owner'. Now cancelled the order and I will go through whatever means to get the refund I am entitled to. Only given one star as couldn't post with none.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. READ THE REVIEWS ON HERE AND ON GOOGLE. They will take your money, you will not have ANY emails, calls or queries answered and you WILL be fighting to get your money back. Disgusting, they should be closed down they WILL scam you. If anyone has paid with a credit card, do what I’m doing and claim through your bank, don’t let them steal your money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

DO NOT USE, Cancelled my order, i can't get a refund, I can't even get a reply to any of my e-mail, spoke to a chap called Ed, who was supposed to get back to me, i have heard nothing for 6 weeks, stay away from this company. Nothing more than a bunch of thieves.

The worst experience I have ever had buying anything on line.I orered inApril. Delivery after many messages from me, SIX WEEKS later. Battered boxthrown over my doorstep.Opened for quicklook to find it was not what I ordfered/expected. Was left to unpick how to return after more emailing. Returned battered box exactly as it arrived to be told NO REFUND. The boss accused me of returning a damaged item.....even though email trail of damaged box etc. And NO DISCUSSION. Heartbreaking and insulting. You would be mad to use this company.

Seriously, don’t trust these cowboys!! Read the bad reviews before you even consider ordering. 4 weeks I have been waiting for a simple shower try. Took the money right away with a 5 day lead time on the product. 4 weeks later no product and no comms. Emailed several times, no response, phoned serval times and you just get fobbed off. In the end I just phoned my bank to raise a dispute and get a refunded. It’s now between my bank and the company. However, they did send me a refund email, but have yet to actually see the refund!! It really is a lottery if you get your product or even your money back. Please don’t trust them, you will be disappointed!

Read the negative reviews. And don’t order from these guys. No customer service at all, no response to emails. No shipping information/ updates. It’s a lottery if you will get your stuff at all. Bunch of clowns.

Order taken at start of July, no delivery of items, no communication, and to date no refund. Try to call and each time palmed off - initially delivery next week, and now its refund is being processed. BS company, BS people. Thieves

Dreadful company - please read the poor reviews. Ordered a shower back in May which arrived too late so I asked for a refund. Took over two months to resolve and I had to involve Trading Standards and eventually I just turned up at their premises and asked them to sort it - refund was issued the next day. Awful, rude owner. Please read the reviews and go somewhere else - they really couldn't give a t0ss about their customers.

Chasing an order which is overdue. They took payment straight away but have never given details for delivery. They never answer the phone or reply to electronic chat. Beginning to wonder if they exist or have i been scammed? Appalling service.

I ordered a Matki shower on May 19th and paid over £1600. I was informed a few days later that there was a supply issue so I cancelled the order. I sent an email confirming the cancellation and received a reply saying accounts would refund me. I have had to apply to my credit card company for the refund as this company wouldn't in spite of their promise. I received my money today 28th July. Be warned before dealing with them

Terrible customer service. They sent me different taps than I originally ordered and to date have never refunded me the difference. When the taps did not fit, they would not take them back as said it was too late. (Had to wait for plumber as taps were so slow I lost my slot) I have called 5 times and get no where. They now cut me off as know my number. Disgusting service and I want my refund owed to me.

We are a Franchisee company of a large coffee chain . Ordered a bathroom equipment . Failed to deliver on four different occasions with the below message . Oh no! WE'VE MISSED YOU Your driver won't be able to come back today as they cover a wide area on a tight schedule If that doesn't work for you, check out your delivery options The final message was failed to deliver and returned to company. Wrote to customer service and was issued a automated ticket number 61559 on 13/07/2022 . There has been no response since . Customer service is non existent and there is no way to contact the company . Order has been full paid .
