Avoid. Unresponsive, slow to ship, if you need to return something there are no processes. Currently in dispute.

The items I ordered were delivered in perfect condition and the price was good, I can't fault that. The problem came when I wanted to return an item that was no longer needed. I tried emailing the sales email address (given on the invoice as the contact to use) many times, and got no response. I couldn't call during their normal working hours due to my own working hours, and outside of those hours I just got a "we're closed" type message. When I finally managed to call them during working hours, I found that I should have been emailing a separate support email address. So I emailed them and got a ticket number but no response or contact. Eventually I managed to get another day when I could call during their working hours, chased up the ticket and got a reply telling me I was past the 14 day return window. So the initial purchase experience was fine, but post-sales service was non-existent really, which is very disappointing because I checked their returns policy before ordering.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY FROM NATIONWIDE BATHROOMS. Oh dear, like many others I wished I’d read these reviews first! Placed my order on Monday 28th November over the phone only to have it cancelled the same day via email and no explanation. Called on Tuesday and had it explained there was an issue with my address. Issue rectified and a new order placed again over the phone. I was told the goods would be shipped for delivery Thursday 1st or 2nd December, happy days. Called the office on Friday only to be told they had missed being loaded and they would go out for delivery Monday 5th or Tuesday 6th. I wasn’t surprised they didn’t turn up so called the office and was told I would now be receiving my delivery this Thursday or Friday. Didn’t really get a warm feeling so I called again today to check and to my amazement I now won’t receive my order until week commencing 12th. What a joke, will definitely not use again and do not recommend buying from these guys unless you put your hands on what you want to buy in the showroom. Probably kissed goodbye to my refund too.

I am REALLY SORRY i didn't read the reviews before dealing with this company. this is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I have been waiting since the 13th September for a incorrect part problem to be rectified. It is now 5th December and after numerous attemps to get a response i am still waiting. avoid avoid avoid at all cost.

Frankly, very poor service, I have to say. Despite being told that all the items we wanted to order were in stock when I phone prior to placing my order, we got to the third week past the original delivery date and kept being told at the beginning of the week exactly the same story that our outstanding wash hand basin was expect in their warehouse by the end of the week. A total of a month overdue before I had to give up. Clearly the left arm doesn't know what the right arm is doing. To operate, as claimed, as a national bathroom retailer surely you have to be able to give your customers a reliable service with realistic delivery dates and an accurate picture of what is happening if items are delayed!! Based on my experience, avoid at all costs, go elsewhere!

I put in a order for a basin waited to heard from them , no reply tried calling the after sales but this just when to answer phone , giving office opening time so check the time 3.30 so may be and error that phone be switch over early next day tried again same thing so now I’ve cancelled my order see if I get a refund before taking it further ( this has been one bad experience which I will not repeat with these)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY. I have been chasing an order for ages and they just don't respond. I even had a notice saying it's on its way (leaving next day via DPD) and yes 8 days later still waiting. So whilst I wait for a reply or even my actual order I've turned to here to share my bad experience. I'm never buying from this rubbish company again, they just do not care.

Do not buy from this company. They are terrible - no delivery no update - over 2 months late and do not make a refund that was promised weeks ago - TERRIBLE MY WORSE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER

Do not order from this company! Placed the order arrived broken, been months and no one is replying to my emails or phone calls. Taking money from costumers and that’s it! Terrible service, terrible!!!

Don not buy from this place. The owner Mike assured me the smthe stick was avaliable. I paid 3 months ago and I am still waiting to recieve my bath panels. They even bother inform you. I’ve called 5 times the keep fobbing me off Avoid avoid avoid

Terrible experience. Ordered a tiwel rail and realised too late that they had added £12 delivery charge. Tried to cancel immediately but despite several attempts via emails which were ignored the item was delivered. Repeatedly tried to contact the company via email and phone - no response. Eventually got through to the sales team and was promised that a manager would get back to me. He never did. Instead I received a returns form. Completed that and returned the item. Received the refund but less postage both ways - which was nearly as much as the rail cost. I was very clear that I wanted the postage returned as I clearly tried to cancel immediately after the order. Absolutely disgusting service!

Terrible and shocking service. No information on feedback and do not deliver when they say the will. They have delayed my building project by 3 weeks waiting for a promised delivery. The staff have no idea and can not supply any information or updates. DO NPT USE

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered on line complete Cloakroom Suite: Tavistock Vitoria Vanity Unit, Basin, Toilet, Toilet Seat and Burlington Cloakroom Basin Taps. They took payment and stole my money knowing that they could not fulfil the complete order! I received no email communication confirming order. I called and was told there is a problem with the basin-we don’t know when it will be available, we’ll find out and email you…A few days later an email informing me the goods had been dispatched- they arrived but NO BASIN…Called company, warehouse error goods should not have been sent without basin! When will basin be available? Don’t know manufacturers having problems with them!!! I told company to cancel complete order and collect goods as a vanity unit without basin is of no use and the basin is bespoke to unit (can’t get basin anywhere else either) I received an email with a ticket number - this informed me someone would contact me within 3 days! You’ve guessed - no contact, no replies to further emails, no answer on phone line, no answer to web form. However, this company is still selling the vanity unit and basin on line - I put 10 in my basket and they had the audacity to send me an email telling me that I still had time to check out my basket and pay more money for goods they don’t have! AVOID AT ALL COST

ordered 2 of the same item, when arrived one item was incorrect. after eventually being able to get a response. they said they would send out the correct item and take the incorrect one back. The new item arrived and was incorrect again. i have spent the last 10 days emailing with no response. shocking customer service.

Shocking service, I am still waiting for missing items from my initial order which arrived on the 12th of October and have tried on numerous occasions to contact the company on all of their telephone numbers which after selecting the correct order line as directed, which on every occasion took me through to the usual automated messages with accompanying annoying music, then each time after about 2 to 5 minutes I got cut off. I have also sent several messages to them via email but yet again, “No Reply”, my advice is don’t waist your time with this company, find another supplier !!

Poor, poor, poor service. Have been trying to arrange a refund for a faulty product for weeks. There is no customer services contact number and I am receiving no responses to emails to the support and customer services teams and also directly to a manager. Really disappointed with the service (or lack off) that there has been, but I will persist until I receive my refund.

Having real problems in returning some products. Firstly, they would not accept that I could return them. Once that was sorted, went to their site on a Saturday morning as their website and other links advertised it was open, only to find that they were closed. 170 mile round trip out of pocket. Since then, emailed many times and no response, tried calling but cannot be put through to customer services and no facility to leave a message. I just don't know what to do next as they refuse to communicate.

Hi I ordered a vanity unit and sink. I received unit and was told the sink would follow. It did not and when I chased it I was told it was OOS and they had no lead time. They did not have courtesy to inform me. The vanity unit was returned weeks ago and I am still awaiting a refund despite multiple emails which no one has replied to. I tried live chat but they read my enquiry and hung up. An item being OOS is unfortunate but the poor communication and customer service is unprofessional and unnecessary.

delivery ticket stated vanity basin to follow but they sent email stating all delivered - tried to contact by phone - no response, emailed Monday and Tuesday - no response; have had to get credit card provider to withhold payment for the basin - to get basin elsewhere will cost me over £50 more as i now have to buy it on its own (a lot cheaper when combined with the unit) and pay postage as value is below free shipping! Live chat not working either!
