Don’t use this company having been chasing them for 6 months promised replacement mirror and still waiting.

Beware if you need your bathroom suit in less than 4 months do not order from this company. Ordered a suite on the 24th of March through Nationwidebathrooms.co.uk and still have not received it 15 weeks later after various promises of delivery and excuses for the delay and being told I could not cancel the order. Not once have they contacted me to update me or apologise for the delays.

Returned a toilet and have been waiting a month so far on a refund even though I sent the item for 48 hour delivery that I arranged as they don’t offer this service . Heard NOTHING !! It states Customer service should get back to you in three days. I have had to chase and chase completely been ignored even though I sent several emails. Can’t believe a company can offer such poor after sales. I could kick myself I should have read the trust pilot reviews. If I had I would have definitely steered clear of this website.

Steer clear. Ordered an expensive toilet seat , they sent the wrong one. Tried to organise correct one to be sent, ignored my emails and their phone line directs you to email. In the end I spoke to them on sales line and they gave me a ticket to organise a refund, only I had to pay for it myself to be returned. 6 weeks after it was sent back no response, ignored my email requests. Again I call the sales line and they look into it and finally get my refund, only they refused to refund me the postage back to them which cost nearly £18. Utter waste of time and caused me lots of stress.

Dreadful service. No delivery information provided. Bath badly packed and arrived with several damaged areas due to being poorly packed. Not the couriers fault. No answers on the phone or to “support ticket”. No response whatsoever from them. No tracking information provided on the delivery. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. APPALLING.

Absolutely dreadful, nobody knows what’s going on, delivery over a month late, no updates, any responses are just guesswork (certainly feels like that). Nice people to chat to, but absolutely no idea about what is going on. As I write a delivery is due tomorrow but no notification as was promised. This isa radiator order of over £700, imagine how poorly smaller orders are dealt with.

This company are an absolute disgrace. I ordered two Soft-Close Laufen Pro toilet seat covers in mid-May 2022. They arrived within two days. However, one was broken and had, unbelievably, been returned to them by a previously very unhappy customer. There was a note inside the packaging from said customer explaining that he wanted a refund and had tried calling and emailing several times. For my part, I submitted a request to their so-called customer services dept which automatically emailed me with a case number and stated I would be contacted within three working days.I have had no contact within that time and have since tried calling and sent two follow-up emails. I'm now in the process of getting a refund via my credit card company. Please do not give this organisation your custom. They are a disgrace.

Absolutely shocking customer relations. I waited 5 weeks for my order. I called three times and on each occasion was told a different delivery date. When the order did arrive it was wrong. Trying to get this matter resolved is still on going after 10 days, absolutely shocking. Avoid at all cost, I will never use this company again.

Possibly the worst company I've had to deal with. placed an order 5 weeks ago. Called numerous times, each time the same line from "customer service" of "I'll check the warehouse and call you back". I was fed this line THREE TIMES. Not one call back and then, 5 weeks after the order. A refund in my account and a flimsy email. 5 weeks of my time wasted. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I returned goods, still no refund! No reply’s to emails no call backs even being told on 5 separate occasions I would be called back, office hours say open at 9 then messages says it’s closed! I am disgusted with the lack of customer service I would never use this company again, especially if you need to return something for a refund! I was told I would get refunded on Friday still NO refund tried calling again with no joy absolutely disgusted!

Avoid avoid avoid. They lie about delivery, lie about dispatch and now I’ve had to raise a dispute with Paypal to get my money back after I cancelled the order. Buy from anywhere else- no matter how bad they are, they couldn’t be as bad as Nationwide Bathrooms.

I made Order No: NWB3/983837A on 15th April 2022. It still has not arrived! It is now 19/5/2022. I keep getting messages about it coming soon. Apparently its in the delivery warehouse......BUT ITS NOT HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very poor service.

I ordered a vanity unit on 24th April, delivery promised to be 4/5 days. It is now 4 weeks and still nothing arrived. I have chased and they say they will call back later on in the day with an update but they never do. I tried calling and the phones message says it is outside office hours which are 9 until 5:30 even though it is before 5pm. The phones aren't answered and you can't leave a message. Emails are not answered either. Keep saying it will be with you in a few days and it doesn't arrive. I don't understand why they can't just say sorry we don't have the stock, will now try to get my money back!

Bought Bissett radiator from Nationwide arrived poorly powder coated, contacted Nationwide, ignored repeated emails over two months, the asked PayPal again ignored, PayPal asked me to return item at a cost of jut under £50 for a refund. This company is so much hassle to deal with, I have now asked my bank to help with the refund of delivery costs, they price it low leave you stranded. I dealt with Andrew who kept blaming Mike, they also use another name Galco to throw off the disputes process Service

PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! - 1 month later and still no refund. Called about this around 5 or 6 times and just getting fobbed off. Absolutely shocking eCommerce experience. Their site does not show live stock levels and then they pick up the pieces after they’ve got your cash. No wonder their reviews are in the gutter. eCommerce and Stock Management investment needed urgently here guys, it’s destroying your business.
