I am absolutely disappointed by this company. I was consulted by a member of the team and wanted a urinal with piping. I made a mistake when ordering, so the order I received was only the urinal pipes, no urinal. I contacted the team to receive a refund or return the item as it was a simple mistake , but they said that I could not receive a refund because I own a business. I was within the refund period and the item hadn’t even been taken out of its box. I was appalled that they weren’t refunding or even giving me the chance to exchange. Wouldn’t recommend buying from here.

I ordered a £213 Burlington Cosmetic Mirror on 29th Nov.'21. Arrived faulty on 3rd December. Emailed support team 10 times so far asking for help to exchange the mirror for a fault free one. It is now 31st Dec and still no one has responded. Absolutely shocking customer service. When can I expect a response? Do I need to write directly to your MD and Sales Director/Manager to have my problem resolved?

Ordered in September no communication from them or updates I have chased them about my order ,then received half of it couple weeks ago rang them was told the rest by last Friday nothing,I’m never using them again complete lack of customer care still waiting for update on rest of order ,I have asked for refund to be told your order on way will be taking this further,do not use this company

Absolutely rubbish. Very poor customer service and communications. Ordered 2 items in october. I appreciate there are supplier issues at the moment but that is no excuse for the customer service i have received. I must have made 9-10 calls to the company now (at great effort and wait times). First they tell me they will sort the issue and send one of the items out. Week passes nothing appears, another phone call and another fake promise. Another week, eventually after 3rd or 4th call i get one of the items. I am still waiting for the 2nd, and agreed a week ago for a refund which is yet to materialise. I am currently on hold listening to an awful hold song. Avoid this company at all costs.

NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR! Appalling customer service. I’ve been trying to get a refund and collection of a bath they delivered, but which was not the one I ordered. I’ve emailed three different email addresses, including their MD and no response. They’ve got nearly £400 of my money sitting in their account, and I’ve got a bath I can’t use sitting in my living room!

Customer service prior to buying goods was excellent. but be warned once they take your money the service becomes no existent. Promises broken, delivery days shifted by the hour and no on ever called back and still no apology. emails saying 'it will be with you tomorrow' 2 hours later 'sorry for delay it will be Thursday' Thursday came and 'sorry it will be tomorrow we promise it is out for delivery' ....12 days later still waiting! On line chat gave differing answers always contradicted by an email. Stay away from this company or at least be prepared to just sit around and wait like you have no deadlines to meet

Ordered an Ideal Standard Tempo Back to Wall Wc Unit - 650mm on 4 Nov. No update given on delivery date. Had to chase up twice. Given a 6 week lead-time, their supplier was still unable to provide by my deadline of 20 Dec. I suggest Nationwide do a better job of chasing their supplier, or change supplier.

Have contacted this company at least 8 times to get an item missing from my order, I have now requested a refund on the part order I received , I don’t receive reply’s to my emails and when I do manage to get hold of someone on the phone they just promise a call by the end of the day which never happens , appalling company to deal with , swear clear would be my recommendation!

Terrible customer service… we bought three bathroom pendant lights and on initial inspection they looked to be in order. However, when our electrician came to fit them, (outside the 3 days return policy - which I’m sure is a breach of a consumer rights act) one of the glass shades looked to have a hairline crack to it and when fitting cracked, making one of the pendants unusable. We contacted customer service, which in itself is a nightmare, no visible contact details and in error we emailed a no reply mailbox. The company is refusing to replace the faulty pendant and has dismissed us entirely. We will be pursuing a separate claim against them. But avoid this company at all cost.

Terrible customer service beyond initial sale. Items missing from order and not sent or refunded. Return process terrible. "Dedicated support team" is by email only - and never replies. AVOID. See other responses on Trustpilot have been disabled as was so damning.

This company is OK if all goes well, but not at all when there is any problem. I have been trying to return an item (they sent the wrong item) for 4 months now and it has been a complete nightmare. The customer support on returns is only by email and they never email you back. In the end I had to make a formal complaint to get anywhere after no one responded to me for 2 months! Even when I complained, they did not take it seriously and have been telling me for weeks that the courier is coming to collect the return this week, then next week, then the week after. They still have not collected my return 4 months after I notified them about the incorrect item and are leaving me considerably out of pocket. I used this company a lot in the past for several renovation projects but never again! They have really gone downhill. Seem to be short staffed and the customer support is just abysmal. My advice is AVOID. Just not worth the aggro. There are plenty of other good bathroom companies out there that are so much better than this.

Appalling customer service. STILL AWAITING A REFUND. I purchased a sink which was supposed to be delivered in 7 days. When it didn’t turn up and having received no communication I tried emailing to find out what was going on. I received no reply. I used the online chat system, was told the item was out of stock for 6 weeks. NOBODY HAD CONTACTED ME. The chat system cut me off so I called the sales line. They assured me the refund had been put through. I asked them to send confirmation. I RECEIVED NONE. I contacted support and they issued an automated email stating I would be contacted in 3 working days. NEVER HAPPENED. I called sales back. Again they assured me that the refund was being processed. Again they assured me that I would receive confirmation. STILL NOTHING. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I WOULD HAVE HAPPILY GIVEN NO STARS. TAKES FOREVER FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNSYMPATHETIC WITH RETURNS AND IMPOSSIBLE TO DO SO ANYWAY. NOTE THE REVIEWS ARE NOT LISTED ON ANY OF THE PRODUCTS. THIS SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.

The only good reviews here are either fake or from customers that have never needed after sales support. Don5 use these guys. Returns are impossible with no support at all. Phon3 calls, emails, chat - all ignored. Hopeless. Avoid

In my experience, don't EVER expect to get a refund for an item you have returned. I sent back a shower screen via UPS who sent me a proof of delivery back to Nationwide Bathrooms. No refund despite many emails, phone calls, chat messages. Just forget it, you will get nowhere. Shop elsewhere is my advice. These guys just want the money

I had ordered an item but due to unforeseen circumstances/bereavement, I was unable to exchange it within the 30 day returns policy. I’m certain on this occasion compassion and discretion could have been taken especially during these trying times of Covid 😞

After waiting weeks to get my goods, I had to cancel the builder because I hadn’t received my order. After rescheduling the builder it materialised that I ordered the wrong flush and tried to send it back to get a refund. But Nationwide Bathrooms had the audacity to say it is too late to get a refund. Lets see there response in black and white because on the phone they are so rude.

If I had the option to leave 0 stars I would. The customer service has been absoutely awful. My shower product was sent out for delivery without informing me first so the shower was left propped upright by the delivery people even though it clearly stated it should be left flat. This resulted in the shower tray being bowed. The linear waste had a fault which meant water was leaking through it. I have spent three weeks trying to speak with someone at customer support with no luck. Numerous fillin out of their online forms. Hours spent on the phone. The only way to speak to a human being is to join the que in the sales department. Three times I spoke with a sales person who said they would ring the support team to contact me. I am still waiting. I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed with the lack of any service and feel completely failed by this company who have happily taken my money. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
