Terrible service, terrible company and management. I would avoid them at all costs even if they offer a product slightly cheaper than advertised elsewhere! They are a criminal organisation just google them and you will see! Save your money and buy elsewhere. I still cannot return a product which I now have no use for! Terrible customer service.

Please read the reviews on this company but not only read them BELIEVE THEM I needed a tinted glass shower panel, local to me couldn't supply one for three months so I went online I telephoned this company and got Edward asked the question do you deliver to N.Ireland? yes How long for delivery? 10 days Three months later delivery comes wrong. (Clear glass delivered) Good luck anybody trying to get a refund, exchange or speak to a manager they are always away, Just left or I will get them to ring you. Edward tells lies he says I ordered clear, Edward knows I ordered Tinted. Two weeks after delivery I was told by his side kick Mike I was wasting my time phoning for an exchange

DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU'LL END UP WITH A HEADACHE AND NO PRODUCTS AND THEN HAVING TO FIGHT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

I returned two products to Nationwide on 26/08/21 by Parcelforce 48 hr delivery but still haven't had a refund. I've sent two e-mails to Support and one to Customer Service but no replies. It has proved impossible to talk to Nationwide on the phone; the recorded message tells you to send an e-mail to Support. This is very poor customer service and I feel ripped off.

As many others have commented, apart from the odd person in customer service who politely tries to help, the management of this company are appalling. No answers to numerous complaints and just leave you hanging. Delivery arrived weeks later than quoted - even after I double-checked availability - so I could book the plumber/fitter. I'd never this company again in a million years.... And I hate leaving negative reviews.

If I could give these guys zero stars I would. Just the WORST company I have ever dealt with. If you have a problem with your item good luck getting any kind of response out of them. After 6 weeks of trying, finally got an email to say they couldn't refund the item we had tried to cancel and they delivered anyway. TERRIBLE!! Go literally anywhere else for your bathroom needs. Btw the sales lady is super nice. A star for the sales lady, everyone else can get in the sea...

had the wrong discretion at first waited over 12weeks for order no manger call back 3 times waited on a call back sent item back turns up damaged how i never know as we never unpacked item also sent 5- 6 emails of photos of package and photos of damaged goods still no response sent another email again to day nothing as of yet would never use this company again think there customer survey must be made up by them selfs and delivery time was a complete joke communication a joke no one responds or they have more excuses than a book

I see many good reviews here, possibly bumped to the top of the list? Then you get to the bad reviews, which reflect our experience. Inflexible returns process, had to chase just to get a response even after a support ticket had been raised. Much money wasted on wrong size product that they won’t even now exchange.

I bought a high level lever pull. The picture showed the lever, chain and pull. Despite paying £9 postage it took nearly two weeks to arrive. Only the ceramic handle turned up. I tried to phone “customer services” but they don’t take calls so how reviews claim they are great is beyond me. I have emailed twice but no response. This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid.

Read the other reviews, wish I had. I have used this company twice, which has been twice too many. I only selected them because they showed stock for Imperial products. They take your money when clearly they do not have the stock. I always have to chase them, this second time I heard nothing for over a month, not even an automated email with an update. I am still waiting for delivery of the products having paid 5 weeks ago. Absolutely horrible process and service. I would avoid Nationwide Bathrooms and find a reputable company.

Appalling customer service Paid for new lights. Two weeks on and nothing. Sadly did not read all the other shocking reviews. No reply on Twitter. No reply on email. No answer on phone - held for over an hour three times now. Shopped for rest of bathroom at Victoria Plum and Plumbing. PLEASE USE THESE INSTEAD!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Terrible customer service. Redundant telephone lines No communications and deliberately ignored for a simple return of items. There's too many other options to bother with this company.

Extremely poor customer service. Not abiding by their terms & conditions. Received damaged item upon delivery. Phoned, emailed, completed online forms and web chats every week for past 6wks, no acknowledgement of damage or offer of replacement/refund. Always fobbed off on the phone. Disgusting service!

Did not provide any information about the purchase. No order confirmation e-mail, No payment confirmation e-mail, No purchase receipt/invoice, no e-mail for delivery issues, no e-mail for out of stock items, No phone call. ZERO communication. Promised 3-5 working days delivery. After 15 working days, I have not received the items yet—no sign from them to say anything.

Ordered bath side which had not arrived after more than two weeks. Requested refund twice by email and had no reply on both occasions. Requested refund by phone but had to call back several days later and insist they did this whilst I was still on the phone. A dreadful shopping experience.

Please be warned about this company. Refused to give refund because I had wrapped parcel with brown tape on the outside even though product was returned intact. Did not return my calls/email. Poor standard of customer care. Do not use

I have been waiting nearly a month for my order with no commination whatsoever. I have sent several emails and not had a single response. Vey unsatisfied and will not be using this company again. who know if I will ever receive my order?

Rubbish return policy-wouldn't accept back perfect condition pan because of 'after 14 day no returns policy' You guys lost quite a bit more trade from me because of this!

Customer support is appalling. Queries are DEFINITELY not responded to. Emails are not answered. Delivery was so late, despite assurances that it would be with us instantly, that we cancelled the order - and a week later the product arrived. We should've rejected the delivery - but because the packaging didn't say "Nationwide Bathrooms" we assumed it was from the alternative supplier we went to. Now attempting to return it, it's not going well. Anyone want a 46kg shower tray? Returns process is dreadful.
