I ordered this toilet as we needed it in a hurry and the website stated 3 to 7 days delivery. It took 5 missed delivery appointments, numerous calls, finally, 18 working days, almost 4 weeks later the toilet arrived. I had to waste so much time, just to get this order, I can't possibly recommend Nationwide Bathrooms.

Do not use this company..I’ve been in the trade for thirty years and virtually purchased items with all the big companies. This company won’t answer phones or reply to emails … please do not deal with this company they will waste your time and money

Shocking service. Ordered a shower enclosure and after 2 weeks of chasing was eventually told it had been discontinued and order had to be cancelled. Appreciate it was primarily the manufacturers fault but have now been waiting 2 weeks for my credit card to be refunded (5weeks after the original order date). Despite numerous calls / emails / promises still no refund. Have had to dispute with Amex to avoid interest charges. Recommend you avoid this company

Do not order from this Company. I ordered 2 Duravit Toilets ordered on 4 January 2022 (£500+) which took nearly 3 weeks to deliver, and then without seats and a faulty syphon. Repeated calls on delivery expectation – nothing. Nearly 2 weeks later, the seats are delivered – with one ok and the other a different type – not suitable. I rang more than 30 times, to get replacements and exasperated by the lack of information on delivery, I bought these items online with Amazon and had them delivered in 2 days. The faulty parts haven't been replaced or a refund made - despite 30 phone calls and a recorded delivery letter to MD. Even your return form online has a trojan attached to it - from your hacked website, I gather - so anyone not wanting to be also hacked can't use it. There is no point calling as no one returns calls or actions what they say they will. Definitely a BAFTA for the worst customer service I've had to endure

Product was delivered fine, I ended up returning it and it became one of the most awful experiences. Had to contact and chase them 10+ times to pick up the item, which was then posted back to me. Terrible customer support

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE ATTUITUDE ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE OF A REFUND EVERY SINGLE CHANCE MY SOLICITOR IS NOW INVOLVED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS DISGUSTING THE WAY THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

Placed an order with nationwide Bathrooms for a RAK toilet and the Seat and only one arrived. Its now 6 weeks down the line and I'm still chasing Nationwide Bathrooms for the outstanding part of my order, apparently the supplier RAK is still out of stock? Not sure why Nationwide Bathrooms is selling items they cant get into stock then! Nationwide Bathrooms may be cheaper but you taking a risk if you want to get a job complete and parts are missing, better off going elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE: Nationwide Bathrooms sent us the wrong toilet and instead of helping to do all they can to resolve the issue caused by their mistake, while we are now trying to return to them the wrong item they have put in a money claims with the small claims court against us. You cannot get through to customer services and they are unresponsive to emails. PLEASE TAKE THIS WARNING BEFORE SHOPPING WITH THEM.

Tried and failed to even get a response from you. After we cancelled item you have been unresponsive and failed to give correct refund. Still have yet to receive explanation of how you came up with the figure we received. Tantamount to stealing

Customer service is appalling. Phones will not be answered, just giving out an email address. Hung on for over an hour, no answer. Email takes 3 days for a reply. No contact made with customer for over a week on item being sent, despite paying £13 for delivery, and the price exceeding other suppliers. I still don't know if I will get the item, and no means to contact them. Awful.

Bought a bath with a set of feet. A few days later they call me up to say there had been a mistake on there site and I’d only bought the 4 feet. I told them to cancel the order. They then sent the feet anyway, I refused delivery and it was sent and received back in store signed for by a Murphy. No refund given what so ever - never responded to my messages to phone me, never answered emails. Had to do a section 75. Got my money back and now they have tried to re-submit the charge! Unfortunately for them I have the tracking codes so good luck with that, I’ll let nationwide bathrooms explain to the bank why they are fraudulently claiming money for an item they recieved back months ago. they’ll be shortly recieving a letter from her majesty’s county court service. TRUST ME - DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THIS SHOWER OUTFIT. I REPEAT…. NOTHING AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, AND I MEAN, LIKE THE PLAGUE. You have been warned!

Do not order or purchase anything from this Company They take your order & payment then no goods but promise delivery many times over 2 months but do not send anything.

My review below was published with 5 stars when I only gave one (and wouldn't have given that if there was a no star option). Rubbish customer service. They say their "mission is to provide an extraordinary customer experience". They do. They ignore you completely!

after 4 days, we still did not have your reply regarding our email. I would like to cancel the order officially, please tell me how to proceed and when will you give me the money back as I already wait for almost 2 months with couple emails but no response from your side. I am afraid this is a fake website with no support at all only to cheat money from consumer.

AVOID! They didn't send the part we ordered & expect us to pay to return it. The manager doesn't acknowledge that the part delivered was not the part ordered. Absolute shambles of a company.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid can’t say it enough times. Only given one star as zero is not an option. Ordered a radiator from them and the wrong one was sent. Called them approximately 20 times, filled in the support form numerous times as well as e-mails and registered letters which were ignored. Had to go through the process of the credit card getting a refund, all this took several months. So will say again AVOID. Worst company I have ever dealt with

the most awful customer service i have ever had. Impossible to speak to anyone. Cancellation and then refund emails ignored. After eventually getting a refund label I was able to send the item back that I'd tried to cancel. Two months after trying to start the refund process i am still waiting for my money back and a response. Avoid at all cost.

Terrible experience. Ordered a sink which I cancelled before it was delivered. It was still delivered. This was three months ago and I have spent the past three months trying to return the unopened sink and get a refund. No-one answers the phone, the form which you have to fill out on the website to request a return does not work. Emailing direct is even worse. I've sent at least 20 emails. There was a moment of hope when Andrew once replied to an email only to say that they didn't accept returns and don't provide refunds for items they sell you. This is counter to their own returns policy on their website as well as illegal as it breaches the consumers rights act. I'm now having to go through the courts to try to get a refund. Appalling service made intolerable by it being impossible to talk to or get a response from anyone in the company.

If I could give this company Zero stars I would. I ordered the Coram Curved Bath Screen & 0ver a month later & since ordering & my item still has not arrived. I've called 4 times & each time been told by the sales guy that my order will be delivered on the date agreed & that the shipping department will call or email me to confirm this . They have never called on any of these occasions & the Item didn't turn up. I'll be Initiating a charge back through my credit card.

Stay well clear of this company, when you pay and nothing turns up you better be prepared for a fight to get your money back. Don’t bother trying to email them as you will not get a reply and phoning is a no go. Please look elsewhere if you want a better experience, if you do buy from here your job will not get completed and you will be looking for another supplier in the following week or months ahead, you have been warned‼️
