AVOID! Ordered a product over 3 weeks ago and was told that it would be delivered within 5 working days. Each week that passed I was told it will be delivered on the following Monday or Tuesday at the latest but only just been told they have received it themselves, 3 weeks after ordering. What a joke. Constantly having to do the chasing with this company. I was told that we would receive a call 24 hours before delivery to select a delivery time but shockingly, they just turned up whilst I wasn't at the property because no one notified us. Awful customer service. Live chat is never on, it's a leave a message but we'll never contact you type of thing. I would highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. I actually can't believe on the review page it says average delivery time is 'Next Day', what a load of rubbish.

The worse company. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Ordered an intern and it’s been 2+months since. I tried calling, cancelling my order online, emailed every possible email i coupons find. No reply. I now don’t know what to do. Avoid this company!

wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering ! Received a badly packaged supposedly new shower screen, nearly £600 scratched up frame and all parts open inside and packaging ripped. Eventually spoke to mike on the phone who said to email him with photos to mike at nationwide bathrooms dot com and he would sort it out and arrange replacement parts....still waiting to hear from them weeks later and not even a courteous reply. So my advice is to avoid!!! THANK YOU FOR A SHOCKING SERVICE

ordered a mixer tap online and checked and made sure it is in stock. delivery was booked for Tuesday but when called to get update, I was told that the item is not in stock. the customer service rep (cathy) was so rude and hung phone on me. called again and talked to manager and he told do whatever I want to and he said that they do not care!!! DO NOT DO business with them. AVOID.

Probably the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with. I have nothing positive to say about my experience they just manage to excel at being poor at everything. Go elsewhere and save yourself a load of hassle dealing with these as it will go wrong and unless you can afford to walk away that's where your nightmare begins.

I ordered two toilet seats from Nationwide back in February. When delivered these were found to be unsuitable for the toilets and it was agreed with Nationwide that they would be returned. This was done and they were tracked and signed for a week later. Despite numerous emails both the Paypal and Nationwide and proof of delivery back to Nationwide etc, no refund has been forthcoming. It should never take this long to sort out a simple refund, the customer service in this instance has been non existant.

Absolutely dismal company; they made me wait 3 months to deliver a bath, all the time reassuring me it would be shipped imminently, then all of a sudden cancelled my order. When I phoned to complain they hanged up on me. Avoid like the plague.

I purchased an item which was incorrect and have tried to return several times. No one is responding despite several phonecalls and emails. Really poor service.

Have tried, repeatedly, to cancel a small order in which the postage was 3 times the price of the object and there has been no word on delivery at all. I assume it is out of stock. No-one answers the phones or E-mail so I don't even know if I have been charged or whether the order has been cancelled. Zero service

The customer service is absolutely appalling! A placed an order, firstly it was delayed and all they could say was it was out of stock, its on its way. It arrived and it was the wrong order. I called weekly to try and get them to accept it was the wrong order to which I was just told to email thier support email (no one returned the emails). Finally spoke to someone who said they would chase it to which the said it was the correct product just a different product code. I then emailed with two photos of the products and they are clearly two different products! Two months down the line they have finally said that the one I had ordered was discontinued and this was the replacement! They have both of these products on thier website! Buyer beware! I have never before complained about a company but I was shocked at the customer service, and not even offered a refund for the price difference in the two products (what I have received was cheaper then what I had ordered!)

This is the worst company I’ve ever experienced! First of all I was waiting for 2 weeks with no update on My order then I called and had to wait a hour to speak to someone who said “oh yeah the item Is discontinued” so if I hadn’t called who knows how long they would keep me waiting! Said he would refund it, two weeks passed and nothing so I called again, another hour wait to speak to someone, she said they are backlogged with refunds!, I wonder why! And that I would get it in 24hrs, another week passed with nothing eventually I had to make a claim through PayPal to get my money back, what a joke. Avoid this company at all costs and as a bathroom fitter I will be telling everyone I work with and every customer not to use them.

Over 2 months of hell! We have been messed about and lied to repeatedly. Promised deliveries twice a week that never come, wrong things delivered, part orders delivered, hours on the phone to try and sort it, manager extremely rude and unhelpful, emails ignored etc etc Company refusing to refund my money which is disgraceful as I don’t have what I ordered! Family bathroom unusable for almost 3 months now in a pandemic. Totally unacceptable and so distressing I can’t put it all into words. Avoid at all costs as it will cost you far too much in every other way!!!!!

No delivery after over a month. 4 calls when imminent delivery was assured but never received. This has had a significant impact on our project timings. 45 minute waits on hold every time calling. Now the wait to see how long a refund will take!

I'm gutted I didn't check the reviews on this company before ordering. Avoid at all costs, there is a reason they don't have any social media accounts! The delivery didn't turn up when it was supposed to after me waiting in all afternoon and I then got a text at 8pm giving me just over 12 hours notice for a new delivery time. When the items arrived 2 of them weren't what I was expecting, the customer service staff are so desperate to get you off the phone I was interrupted and talked over repeatedly. I decided to cancel my full order and return the items for a refund. Their support team are only contactable by e-mail and will take a minimum of 3 working days to reply meaning any issues end up taking weeks to resolve. If you escalate it to a complaint they just ignore you. This company know exactly what they are doing and will bend over backwards to avoid giving a refund when there is a problem. They are now ignoring my e-mails and I have had to report them to Trading Standards as well as raise a dispute with my credit card company to try and get at least some of my money back. I'm now over £300 out of pocket. There is even a notice on their Trustpilot account about fake reviews being taken down. Buy from absolutely anywhere else!

As others before me this company is disreputable at best. I won’t bore you with details of lies, promises broken, emails unanswered, time wasted on hold, the list of bad service is never ending!! Ordered in January still waiting for items. Returned an unused item worth £123 they won’t refund money haven’t even confirmed they have received it even though they signed for it! I’d call this theft!! Despicable company don’t use them and go through what many of us have had to endure!

Purchased a product in the beginning of March, received it and discovered it had a fault. Took ages to arrange return, the return conditions were an absolute joke (to the point the box couldn’t have any tape on it), almost 2 months later still waiting for my refund. Every time I called, it was about 1 hour waiting in the queue, only to be told it will all be sorted. Absolute waste of time. One star is too generous.

Sadly it’s now almost 2 months and I’m still waiting on my shower screen. ordered as in stock and available and I’m still being ignored and lied to. delivery moved more times than I can count. Each time it doesn’t come you spend an hour on the phone trying to find out what happened. The people on the phone appear really nice but tell you whatever it takes to get you off the line. They ‘guarantee’ ‘promise 100%’ etc etc and it never comes true. manager Mike will make promises to call you back and doesn’t, promised to have screen sent straight from manufacturer-next person says that’s impossible-more lies. Eventually order part delivered and screen missing. Company refused to send it out immediately stating insurance issues for glass-more lies. Now out of stock again, then in but not for us, then wrong item delivered. No form of goodwill offered due to extra costs. Emails ignored. It’s so stressful and upsetting. Avoid and go with reputable company! Will cost you more in every way!

Terrible service! Wrong colour delivered. Should be easily sorted but they totally ignore you! Over the last month I have tried their Contact Form, their Returns Request form, email to Customer Services. No response whatsoever. Emailed to say I will give a lousy review if they do not communicate with me. 2 weeks past and still NOTHING. So here is the lousy review as promised. Also, the product page boasts a 30 years warranty on the product (no way is this item ever going to last 30 years). When the goods arrived there is no mention of any warranty. And as you cannot get them to communicate - the week after the product is delivered - what chance is there of them ever honoring any warranty. Clearly they just don't care. BEWARE!
