Do not buy from this company, no customer service, multiple chasers for delivery details, at least 5 weeks for delivery. Returns policy is a farce, you’ll never be able to get a refund. Stay away.

Keep away, terrible company to deal with, didn’t want to know once they had got paid, didn’t want to hear about what the issue was, despite email sent to them with detail pictures of the issue, just didn’t want to know, keep away

I ordered 2 shower trays on 7 November. It is now the 9 December I had to keep chasing this company for my order in the end I had to buy them elsewhere as my plumber could wait no longer. I have called numerous times and asked for the manager who always seems to be in a meeting ! Not once has he taken my call. I still have not been refunded my money so now I am going to have to take legal action.I have been more than patient,totally frustrated with their attitude.Do not use this company there are far better ones out there.Totally disgusted with them and will be taking this further.

No delivery I emailed twice with no response, I called twice but no reply, when I did get through, no one could tell me where my order was and didnt call back to update me.

My product took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, it was delivered unwrapped and the product we received was not what was stated on the Shipping confirmation. Sent emails to customer services, who don't seem to be wanting to help. We have screen shots of what we ordered and confirmation, however this is not what arrived. Customer service was not helpful in this matter at all. Currently taking this to trades descriptions

I ordered a Roca square toilet seat and got sent a round one. I returned it on the 16th of October, paying for postage and tracker. It is now the 5th November and I still haven't received my refund. I am disgusted by the way I have been treated, when it wasn't even my mistake.

***BEYOND SHOCKING*** I am so annoyed I did not read the reviews. Ordered a vanity unit with no email confirmation or details about delivery, 2 weeks later and nothing. Called Crosswater myself only to be told it is out of stock. Tried to cancel the order but no one has confirmed this has been done. No refund issued so far and get fobbed off every time I call them. Appalling company *****AVOID*****

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE Like other people I wish I'd read the bad reviews before ordering. I spent nearly £700 on a vanity unit with the impression it was in stock based on their website. It wasn't and after three weeks I had no idea if the thing would ever get delivered, so I've tried to cancel and get a refund. I was promised a refund within two days which has not materialised so, based on other peoples comments, I suspect I'll have to make a claim under section 75. Their customer services are liars. They will repeatedly say they'll call you back but never do. All they are interested in doing is getting you off the phone AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Shocking company, unfortunately I didn't read the previous bad reviews. No support, won't answer emails or calls. 3 weeks and still no goods delivered. Will try and get money back from Paypal. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY BUSINESS

A damaged delivery was made months ago. It took weeks for the faulty goods to be picked up. I have made several phone calls and sent numerous emails(these have been mostly ignored) and still awaiting a full refund. I have been waiting to be refunded for this faulty delivery since the 15th August. I just want my money! This is by far the worst company I have ever purchased from and the customer service is appalling! Just refund me MY MONEY! !!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid £300 for a shower tray which when we put in position was cracked, as well as part of the waste kit was broken. The tray is still in the sealed original packaging and I have been told that they won't give me a refund. The customer service is absolutely appalling it took me over a week to get this answer. I am absolutely Furious.

Absolutely appalling service. After multiple promised deliveries which never materialised I eventually received a mirror- can you believe it - protected only with a thin plastic film - no other packaging. No surprise then that the mirror was damaged. after phone calls and multiple emails and more promised delivery dates that never materialised I am still waiting for a replacement. Use this company at your peril. I have never dealt with such an incompetent company in all my life. Customer service is zero. They seem not to care once they have payment.

Absolute con men. DO NOT BUY from this company. I had filled my basket online with a toilet which needed a separate pipe from the cistern which was an additional £221 pounds. I thought id better call up to ensure he correct item was bought. The staff member filled all the necessary items for the toilet and assured me they were correct. Now on installation of the bathroom a month later i have found that the staff member had picked the wrong pipe! And they will not allow me to return the item! Absolute crooks. Useless service. No aftercare at all. No honour. Do not fund this company. Go to victorianplum or victoriaplumbing.co.uk where they will accept returns.

I am glad to read I was not the only one who has been beyond frustrated with this company. As I run a small home office I was told I made a ‘business to business transaction’ and was therefore not able to return 4 huge and expensive radiators which turned out to be too large for the room. The support team isn't available to speak to and only communicates through brief emails where they don’t engage with arguments and won’t discuss. The sales department answers the phone but will not transfer or deal with after sales. If you tries to call out of hours there is no message that the store is closed but a 'please wait until the sales person is available.' message. Reading the other reviews confirms my suspicion that this is not an honest mistake or incompetence but is simply one of several spurious excuses the company clearly intentionally uses to refuse to exchange or refund any sales. I would seriously question the sources of the number of positive reviews as this company is a definitely a total scam.

Very poor service. Ordered an item only to find four days later after contacting company for an up date that item was currently unavailable and delivery could take up to a further two weeks.

Product arrived quickly however I had to return a product which they refused to refund. There customer service team are also only contactable via email and are very slow to respond. I would avoid I have lost £150 dealing with this company.

Absolutely Shocking Ordered a Toilet Seat for a Friend , When it came eventually after about three weeks , the Colour was too dark. So rang up to exchange was told to e mail SUPPORT ( non existent) from where I am standing Then they e mailed back to say cannot exchange Toilet Seat for hygiene reasons and it states this Online . So I am left with toilet seat in wrong colour that has no use for my friend, I am Furious and will be very careful where I order from in future , BEWARE !!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY If i could give zero stars i would. Once you order you receive no order confirmation, no delivery confirmation and when you ring to enquire about delivery you are lied to. I've been waiting for two days for a bath that's been on the van since monday it's now 4pm on Wednesday and no sign. They lie to you, deny what they have said to you and are THE WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT USE!

Fine- unless you need a refund. I made a mistake with my order and ordered wall hung toilets instead of back to wall toilets, so I contacted Nationwide bathrooms to arrange a return. They have a very slow and clunky refund process whereby you need to submit a request, receive approval (each of which takes a couple of working days) and then organise your own postage and return them within five days of receipt. I did all of this, but Nationwide refused the return as they said that the items were damaged. The boxes were unopened, so no damage had occurred and were returned to me in pristine condition. It would have been better if they had simply refused a refund and I could have tried to resell the toilets elsewhere rather than paying for a courier in my attempt to return them. I would completely avoid buying from nationwide - the customer service is terrible.
