I have been trying to get a refund on an item which was proved faulty by Duravit but which I had to re-purchase up front for nearly 12 months. I am told repeatedly that “the cheque is in the post” but actually, they lie. It isn’t. I’m sorry to say this as when things go well they are a reasonable company but as soon as you require some customer service, forget it. Amanda Ashby

Everything! By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They allowed me to order a product that they couldn’t provide and let it go on 2 months until, only a week before my bathroom was due to start, they told me it was discontinued. Absolutely disgusting customer service!! Do not buy from them!!!

Of all my online purchases of Bathroom materials this company is the worst I have dealt with there customer service is almost non existent I ordered a shower screen & base from them only to find that they sent half of the parts wrong I have been unable to complete this job due to this & still await formal conformation that they will deliver the new parts they have verbally blamed the manufacturer Kudos for this but as the supplier they should be checking all there orders a shipped correctly (I STILL AWAIT THERE RESPONSE)

Wanted to place order for multiple items, tried to chat with them using their online live interactive tool, however got no response despite sending several messages, also called their phone line & was put on hold, held for 20 minutes, even after being 2nd in que, still no response, just checked their online feedback & no surprise there, extremely negative..!!! I've had lucky escape judging by their track record, avoid this cowboy outfit at all cost..!!!!

Can’t give them less than one star. Warning do not buy from Nationwide Bathroom. Very poor quality product. If you want to return the item they change for restoke 30% also you need to pay for shipping. Brought a bath from them never again.

Shocking customer service. Was recommended a toilet seat to fit my toilet. It was too small - unfit for purpose - yet they wouldn't given a refund for "hygeine" reasons. Surely their problem not mine.

Very poor service. Ordered an item and it was described differently to what i recieved. I had to pay return postage, will never use again.

I recently purchased a basin and toilet from Nationwide Bathrooms. The advertised products clearly state "pan with cistern and seat" and "basin with stand" for a given price. I even contacted them via their Live Agent Chat facility on their website to ask "if I don't take the chrome option for the stand, what do I get as default?" I was informed by their agent "it will be stainless steel". When the items arrived I only had the pan and the basin. The other items were missing. I immediately contacted Nationwide only to be told I had only ordered the pan and basin, the other items are options that I had not selected. I would have to order the additional items at great expense, or I could have a full refund.. but only if I returned the goods within 7 days at my expense with a long list of conditions regarding condition of packaging, even down to the type of tape used and method of return. It would have cost me north of £100 to return to goods. I now have an open dispute via my credit card company and have opened a case with Trading Standard under the Misrepresentation Act. There is a long list of others on Trust Pilot and various other review sites with exactly similar experiences.. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

Not helpful in returning an item when I wanted to order another item. I had to return at my own cost. But couriers not insured glass so if damaged would cost more. Wrote email to CEO and not even bothered to respond. No help and now left with £100 item not needed. Tried to call and got cut of 3 times. Not interested.

Absolutely disgusting service received from yourselves. firstly no email acknowledgement for my order, no email or phone call to advise product was not in stock, was promised product time and time again and was lied to over the phone regarding delivery. i have never experienced such poor professionalism in a company than I have from yours. I wish i could leave 0 star but won't allow me to !!!! Disgusting Service

Worst customer service ever experienced. Items requested not supplied, but sent different item worth half the price and charged the price of the originally order item. Attempts to return and get a refund thwarted at each step and any excuse used by Nationwide Bathrooms not to refund promptly. You cannot use any contact method other than email as they don't provide any. Try ringing there sales people and they block that as a means to contact the support team.

pretty terrible service. I ordered (order no. NWB3/61427) the Heritage Hemsby basin taps and the corresponding Heritage Abingdon Washstand & Blenheim basin with 2 tap holes on their website, added to basket, all fine, the order confirmation confirmed all this, and they delivered only the tap and washstand. Even though their website and order confirmation state the basin is included, they then expect you to pay another £200 for something that you thought was already on the order. I don't know about you but I don't stand for this type of practice. No amount of reasoning could make them understand my frustration. No attempt to honour the original order, just provided a full refund which was my minimum expectation.

Ordered a bath panel, was told it was in stock, 3 - 7 days delivery! 14 days later still not arrived, sent 2 emails, still no reply. Phoned was told it’ll be delivered Monday waited in all day didn’t arrive, phoned Tuesday told it would be here on Wednesday! Shocking customer service, wouldn’t even think about ordering anything from this company again!

Think long and hard before you buy based on price from Nationwide Bathrooms..... Advised me over phone of orderi g the wrong taps at the time of buying sink and now will not give me an exchange or refund. Very disappointing. What more can I say...??

This company's customer service is terrible. Bought some bathroom units and what turned up initially was not what I ordered. It then took them 3 weeks to send the right versions and when they turned up one of the units was completed smashed and unusable. They avoided telephone calls and emails all the way through the process. Do not buy from them!

This company do not care about their customers, their customer service is terrible. Very rude and unhelpful staff. By far the worst customer service I have ever received, I really wish I had believed the negative feedback and ordered from elsewhere. I would not recommend them to anyone and I would never order from them again.

I spent a great deal of money with Nationwide and after having a slight problem with one of the items after it had been fitted their Customer service Department told me that their responsibility for quality issues ends 3 days after delivery.

Over the last few years we have bought 4 baths from this company, but when things go wrong not so easy to get it rectified, I sent them all the info they needed on an email but it apparently it has to be on a form that won't send on from my computer. Really really disappointed as it has left my elderly parents without a bath now on two occasions for long periods having to boil water in pans and tip it in the bath!

I telephone first to ensure an item was in stock and was told that it was. In the course of 5 weeks I was lied to and misled. The item I ordered failed to be delivered and I finally cancelled the order. I would not use this company again and certainly wouldn't recommend them.

Twice I ordered from Nationwide Bathrooms and not only did they get my order wrong both times, their customer support was appallingly unsympathetic and rude, despite admitting they were at fault. The 2nd time, over £5,000 was debited rather than the £225 I should have paid resulting in me going overdrawn, getting bank charges and direct debits being returned unpaid. Their response - "we do not pay bank charges". Totally unprofessional and unreliable. I would never recommend them and would in fact warn people to avoid!!!!!
