“The food is great but delivery is erratic. Even with subscribe and save I have no idea just when my food is going to arrive. I can't cope with this as I like to keep my dogs on the same food all the time. Because of this I am going have to look around for a more reliable supplier. I have had emails saying my delivery has been despatched and it has never arrived.”

“Great dog food (according my dogs!). It’s not much cheaper (about £1) getting it on subscription but saves me the hassle of getting it at the supermarket. Customer service is very good.”

“Our lab Wilson loves his Senior food, you can tell it’s made with love and has the health of the dog at heart, it is chunky which we like, not wet and mushy, and loaded with meat and veg, our go to healthy food for our boy!”

“I buy the wet and dry food for my dog, Honey and have been for the past couple of months. Honey is pretty picky with dry food but he loves Naturo's Chicken, Potato and Vegetable dry food. He loves his wet regardless of the brand, however I prefer feeding him Naturo. It's gentle on his stomach and it's great giving him a wet food where it says it contains fruit and vegetables and you can actually see it! The wet food also has a pleasant smell, which is amazing compared to the honk that comes from other wet foods. I am happy I made the switch to Naturo a few months ago and moreso once I realised I could order through their own website rather than weekly from the shop.”

“We have two Rhodesian Ridgebacks. Our older one is strictly grain free and we have been through many taste tests! She loves Naturo and we feed our younger one it too. Their coats are fabulous and the food matches their energy levels so they are clearly getting all the nutrients they need also! Very happy dogs :)”

“We use a combination of wet trays and grain free kibble for a slightly fussy retriever and an unpicky but allergy prone Vizsla. They both enjoy the food, and their body/coat odour on this food is acceptable ... but stink bombs are inevitable. Surprisingly, for a premium food, a lot of what goes in comes out! At this price point, Naturo is a good long term solution for our dogs. The promos and loyalty schemes on the subscription service are not decision drivers. It is simply a matter of comnvenience. If I have gripes, they are not about the food (nor customer service when you need it) but about logistics and order processing, as follows. Disappointingly, buying direct does not give a price advantage (but delivery to the door does ease the physical shopping) - and until the inflation bug, it was routinely possible to buy cheaper at the supermarket!! The subscription service and ordering are straightforward enough. It is only when you need to interrupt a service and or top up (eg juggling time away from home etc) that things get a bit muddled - but customer service sorts any issues without fuss. What really annoys me is the number of shipping notes and delivery itself. All I need to know is that the order is received and will be delivered on day X. I don't need a trail of sales order processing emails which are then layered with mails and texts from DPD who btw do a very good job of delivering on time for Naturo, but who seem to be partnering with "Shipbob". It really is wasteful when an order is split between vehicles - and that has happened since Shipbob started. Most annoying on the logistics is packaging: there is just way too much. A fortnight's order for two dogs will leave enough packing material and boxing to fill most of my extra large recycling bin. OK, none of that has anything to do with the quality of the food. But a rethink might improve their green credentials and reduce the cost, some of which we might get to see in better pricing. And I don't need repeated invitations to leave a review: because eventually, I will.”
