“I have two elderly Chows and have finally found a good quality food that doesn't upset their delicate digestive systems and skin. I have set up a subscription and order it monthly, it arrived in great condition and was well packed. Very happy Chowmama who will now save fuel, money and effort buying it from the supermarket. Thank you.”

“The dog food is brilliant and suits both of my dogs. The communication and delivery however needs improving. If you intend to be a subscription member there’s a few things to bear in mind. The period between your money being taken and the delivery of your food is at least 7 days, so you need to set your subscription renewal for a good week before you actually run out of food! The other thing to bear in mind is you never know when it’s going to turn up. Ive always received dispatch emails 2-3 days AFTER the dog food has been delivered. I put up with it because I can’t find a shop that has both the senior food and the puppy food”
