“Hi Just to let you know I was a bit disappointed with my delivery last month we keep getting dented Tins send a photo over to you we had 12 dented tins and some of the previous order as well. Look forward to hearing from you. Mr Sansome”

“skeptical when I first viewed the Naturo products, because Charlie suffers so much from his food allergy. So the first order was a small token. But he so liked the product and he started to gain a little weight, which the vet was concerned about. The second order was larger until the third included the dry treats. Wonderful product and yes I have become a regular buyer.”

“The food is excellent quality and well priced. However, tins always arrive with lots of dents and boxes of tubs arrive opened/split and spill out on to the floor. Packaging is poor and inadequate. There have also been issues lately with computer errors, late delivery, incorrect emails being sent and orders mistakenly doubled. All corrected quickly but not a good advert.”

“I totally love this product for my boy. He loves it as well. We have always bought this food for him. I really enjoy having hus food delivered it certainly makes life easier and I never have to worry about running out. Would definitely recommend ordering.”

“My dogs have been on this food for over a year now. All have beautiful shiny coats. Gleaming eyes. Prefect body weight. And at the moment a very healthy expecting mum to be. I would 100% recommended this food I use a mix of dry and wet. Excellent service every time on our monthly orders.”

“Really happy with naturo dog food which I’ve fed to my dog for over 2 years. The only thing that has disappointed me is my recent delivery, the bag of kibble which was always paper has returned to single use plastic. This will make me rethink my subscription in the future. Bring back recyclable and sustainable packaging please. This was one of my main decisions for choosing your brand.”

In response to a need to lock in and secure the freshness, and nutrition of our award-winning product ranges, we have made some changes to a small selection of the Naturo packaging . The current dry packaging has been identified as unacceptable with concerns from customers and staff on food safety, saturation and the ability to retain the important nutrients and taste which Naturo prides itself on. Having taken this feedback on board, we have replaced the dry bag packaging with a new plastic packaging, which can be recycled at larger stores or at some local kerbsides. Given our business commitments, Naturo Petfoods will continuously and proactively assess our packaging within our sustainability focus. As new product comes to the market place, we will explore its usage to align with our sustainability ambition and fully engage in the drive to create enhanced solutions. “The dog loves it, and we've tried several foods. Price-wise it's competitive, his coat looks great and he's got good energy. Delivery details are clear and well communicated. And the company looks after it's customers with festive gift packages.”
