“The food is of an excellent quality at an affordable price only problem was delivery one part was delivered by DPD and was sent an email the second part of my order was sent by Royal Mail but no email and I thought part of my order was missing”

“I have been getting Naturo Senior Wet dog food for my German Shepherd X Labrador Lily now for about 4 years. The look, texture and smell of this food is far better than others I've used before and Lily agrees, she gets super excited at meal times and jumps around like a puppy, not the 13 year old 'senior' that she is. I get so many compliments on how lovely her coat is, would definitely not use anything else.”

“The food is great and I like that the packaging is recycled. What would be helpful is tracking on deliveries. I know on the subscription it says a couple of days but when you are relying on the food for your dog it‘s good to see progress.”

“My dog very much enjoys the food ,however my recent experience with your delivery let me down, and adding insult to injury, your response to my email was very poor. I certainly felt my email was an inconvenience to you. I chose your product for my pet because it is good quality & has very good reviews , I have friends who feed it to their pets and as said my dog enjoys it. But I also expect a good reliable service, which I feel I was let down with recently with you. Dissapointed C. Morey.”
