I really like the NCM bikes, but the level of communication and response to questions regarding failure to ship the bike in a timely manner was nonexistent. The bike was paid for/charged to my CC the day it was ordered. Repeated inquiries that were made as to when the bike would ship were ignored.....nothing from NCM, Shopify or Leon Bike. And when I called the contact listed on the website, there was no answer, and a recording told me the mailbox was full. I was 1 step away from filing a fraud claim. We finally received a notice that the bike was shipped close to 3 weeks later. I have never experienced anything like this kind of customer service.....which was none....nada!

Bike showed up missing a back reflective light. After the first charge, the battery wouldn't charge again. Contacted ncmbike support, no reply. I do not recommend these at all

Please avoid these bikes unless it is something you only ride once in a while. I use mine to commute, and the first motor wheel had to be replaced in less then 1200 miles due to 4 broken spokes. The new wheel broke its first spoke in less then 500 miles. I replaced the spoke, and no more the. 100 miles later put it in for its bi-annual tune up. Had the wheels all tightened up and checked. 1 week later broken spoke. When I contacted the company they said do more maintenance In addition we bought a second bike for my girlfriend the same day. We had to return the next day as the front fork bearing didn't exist. After about a week they gave us a different bike. It now has less then 200 km on it,and the motor is burnt out.

Beautiful bikes. Poor customer service. The first bike the wrong size was sent and the 2nd bike was obvious a damaged return that was sent. Extremely disappointing. It is nearly impossible to speak to someone.

Absolutely the worst purchasing experience ever. Ordered 2 in-stock RST Guide TNL forks. Took over 3 weeks to ship after multiple email inquiries. NCM finally shipped from Canada and then only shipped 1 fork. I've now written customer service again and am waiting more than 24 hrs to hear back on the missing fork. Tried calling, but no answer at the phone #'s provided.

I ordered and was told specifically that the order was coming from a warehouse in the US. The representative Jennifer Wu lied to me the entire way from start to finish. Then I don't know where you got the address you shipped my package to. This, too, Jennifer lied to me about. I tracked it down at the wrong address and thank God those people at that address were kind enough to answer my note. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN. EVER.

Absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with from Amazon. The bike CONSTANTLY breaks. Every part I need to pay to replace. The replacement parts sent to me have been the wrong parts THREE TIMES.!.!.! Absolute terrible product and customer service

Ordered two different bikes (size/color). After 2+ month delay, received two of the same bike with no explanation. After e-mailing and calling, was told “production was never approved” of the 26-S size despite accepting the order and collecting full payment; plus wrong color was shipped. Will have to wait 2 more months and have to accept a different size (does one size fit all riders?) Current status: Out $4,000+ and will be waiting over 4 months before my wife and I can (hopefully) ride together. So far, very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I received the bike with a bent disc brake rotor and was told a new one would be shipped ASAP. So now my bike, which I paid a lot of money for, has been sitting for two weeks without a rotor, unrideable. I've both written and called the customer service team and haven't heard back. So I'm starting to feel scammed.

I will write a new review when we get the broken pieces on our brand-new bikes replaced. So excited to put them together and then find one bike with scratches on the frame and battery pack and the other bike cannot be put together as the disc brake on the front tire is bent. Quality control issues. You have our money and we have one bike that can't even be put together. I want to be a happy customer but right now I am not happy and no one answers the contact number.
