I really like the NCM bikes, but the level of communication and response to questions regarding failure to ship the bike in a timely manner was nonexistent. The bike was paid for/charged to my CC the day it was ordered. Repeated inquiries that were made as to when the bike would ship were ignored.....nothing from NCM, Shopify or Leon Bike. And when I called the contact listed on the website, there was no answer, and a recording told me the mailbox was full. I was 1 step away from filing a fraud claim. We finally received a notice that the bike was shipped close to 3 weeks later. I have never experienced anything like this kind of customer service.....which was none....nada!

Ordered T7s on Feb 12th. .. did not have colour i ordered so changed to white.Did not come till March 3ed. Box left on porch upside down by FedX one side tore open at rear fender. Battery tore loose during shipping and broke of some kind of spring unit and scratched bike frame and battery. I know this is not NCM,S falt more the shipping company. But bike needs better crating. Had a fried buy one on my recommend, and it also came with battery damage and a broken brake lever.. att. Photos of damage.

Believe me the reason why I gave you only 2 star rating is because of shipping…..I ordered 2 M3s on November the 27th 2 weeks later I received only 1 of the bikes….So I checked my tracking number with FedEx and bike number 2 was still in Carson California…..So I chatted with someone in customer service and took a bit of back and forth and 2 weeks later I received bike number 2….on December the 27th…They were both Christmas better late than never….Thats my only problem…I do own a pair of Moscows I purchased a couple of years ago and love them….Haven’t tried the M3 yet but waiting for the weather to settle down……

Bike showed up missing a back reflective light. After the first charge, the battery wouldn't charge again. Contacted ncmbike support, no reply. I do not recommend these at all

I own an NCM moscow plus, i love the thing, I am severly disabled, i can barely walk, i go grocery shopping on it, i get to the laundry mat, i have lots of reecreational fun peddling around,its gort a throttle so i can cross busy intersections when i need with Ease. friends have off road e-bikes, MCM moscow plus is an on road off road e-bike, i stay mainly on the road system, if i need help i can get it. My e-bike was destroyed by some very spiteful people, i am lost without it. I highly recomend this ebike.

I have been riding this bike for about 5 years and I continue to enjoy it. I am almost 70 years old and can still can get on and off it. I have the Prauge model on 27.5" tires which is a big bike. This is pedal assist and not full time power. I have recental replace the battery and charger and have had some good support from NCMBike US.

Bought a replacement battery and it made my bike travel further. Plus it had a nice punch of power too. Very happy with the purchase.

Please avoid these bikes unless it is something you only ride once in a while. I use mine to commute, and the first motor wheel had to be replaced in less then 1200 miles due to 4 broken spokes. The new wheel broke its first spoke in less then 500 miles. I replaced the spoke, and no more the. 100 miles later put it in for its bi-annual tune up. Had the wheels all tightened up and checked. 1 week later broken spoke. When I contacted the company they said do more maintenance In addition we bought a second bike for my girlfriend the same day. We had to return the next day as the front fork bearing didn't exist. After about a week they gave us a different bike. It now has less then 200 km on it,and the motor is burnt out.

Beautiful bikes. Poor customer service. The first bike the wrong size was sent and the 2nd bike was obvious a damaged return that was sent. Extremely disappointing. It is nearly impossible to speak to someone.

Absolutely the worst purchasing experience ever. Ordered 2 in-stock RST Guide TNL forks. Took over 3 weeks to ship after multiple email inquiries. NCM finally shipped from Canada and then only shipped 1 fork. I've now written customer service again and am waiting more than 24 hrs to hear back on the missing fork. Tried calling, but no answer at the phone #'s provided.

I always feel like Jennefer Wu is telling me lies. Last October she made it sound like X-15 Wheel/Motors were available. But then, after she jecked me around (having me go go to an e-bike store to confirm that the motor was dead), I found out from Jean Michel that those motors had not been avaiable for months. More recently, when I needed a trottle, that was an overpriced $30 part, she would not work with me on the shpping cost that was going to be another $20. She said that was the shippers quoted price; I know that's not true. That small, lightweight item (see picture) could have gone in a small shipping envelop for half that price, at the most. I had a work around for that, but needed the throttle because the oringinal one was very touchy - see attached video

On May 8th, I purchased an NCM C7 bike for my mother. The bike arrived on May 17th, but unfortunately, it arrived with a large scratch. While this damage does not affect the bike's functionality, it is unsightly and unacceptable. When spending nearly $1300 on a bike, one expects it to be appropriately packaged and delivered without any damage.

I ordered and was told specifically that the order was coming from a warehouse in the US. The representative Jennifer Wu lied to me the entire way from start to finish. Then I don't know where you got the address you shipped my package to. This, too, Jennifer lied to me about. I tracked it down at the wrong address and thank God those people at that address were kind enough to answer my note. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN. EVER.
