“On May 8th, I purchased an NCM C7 bike for my mother. The bike arrived on May 17th, but unfortunately, it arrived with a large scratch. While this damage does not affect the bike's functionality, it is unsightly and unacceptable. When spending nearly $1300 on a bike, one expects it to be appropriately packaged and delivered without any damage.”
“I'm a big fan of NCM bikes, but I’ve had some electrical problems. I have three Moscow Plus bikes, see attached photo. Why three . . . because I can interchange batteries, wheels and other parts to keep at least one bike running all the time. I’ve had just about every electrical failure you can think of, but I still love these bikes; all three are working right now. Leon Cycle has shipped me a lot of parts (some under warranty and some not) and I do the work myself. Note in the attached photo . . . 3 bikes, 5 batteries, 3 chargers and a wall-mount bike stand for maintenance. Also note skinny tires on 2 of the bikes . . . much better for road riding.”
“I love my new NCM Bike! My only complaint is that I rode my new bike, and one of the pedals came off (the part of the bike that NCM installed). Just make sure you do an extra check all the parts of the bike installed by NCM, so you don't get stranded like I did!”
