“I don't think that I'll be purchasing from NCM again. The product was okay for the price. There was shipping damage that I tried to get resolved but was given a no at every turn. I didn't want anything for free. I just wanted to return the damaged part for one that wasn't damaged. Replaced the tires right away as the ones the bike ships with aren't high quality. I wanted to like it because it looks cool but there are better options at a similar price point.”
