“Ordered T7s on Feb 12th. .. did not have colour i ordered so changed to white.Did not come till March 3ed.
Box left on porch upside down by FedX one side tore open at rear fender.
Battery tore loose during shipping and broke of some kind of spring unit and scratched bike frame and battery. I know this is not NCM,S falt more the shipping company. But bike needs better crating. Had a fried buy one on my recommend, and it also came with battery damage and a broken brake lever.. att. Photos of damage.”
“Believe me the reason why I gave you only 2 star rating is because of shipping…..I ordered 2 M3s on November the 27th 2 weeks later I received only 1 of the bikes….So I checked my tracking number with FedEx and bike number 2 was still in Carson California…..So I chatted with someone in customer service and took a bit of back and forth and 2 weeks later I received bike number 2….on December the 27th…They were both Christmas better late than never….Thats my only problem…I do own a pair of Moscows I purchased a couple of years ago and love them….Haven’t tried the M3 yet but waiting for the weather to settle down……”
“I always feel like Jennefer Wu is telling me lies. Last October she made it sound like X-15 Wheel/Motors were available. But then, after she jecked me around (having me go go to an e-bike store to confirm that the motor was dead), I found out from Jean Michel that those motors had not been avaiable for months. More recently, when I needed a trottle, that was an overpriced $30 part, she would not work with me on the shpping cost that was going to be another $20. She said that was the shippers quoted price; I know that's not true. That small, lightweight item (see picture) could have gone in a small shipping envelop for half that price, at the most. I had a work around for that, but needed the throttle because the oringinal one was very touchy - see attached video”
