“Terrible ethics and transparency, this company seems to bully clients , I purchased a few bitcoins ( sold my stocks to buy bitcoin) on Ndax hearing good things about this company. Once i purchased the bitcoins, i tried to transfer the money to my wallet, the website says it's instant transfers to my surprise the large sum i purhcased was put in limbo, and i never received my money. The next day i was contacted by a the company letting me know they can't send it to MY OWN WALLET, because THEY are protecting me from scams!
I have had no intention of doing anything other than leaving the money in my wallet. There was no sufficient evidence that was brought up by the call that someone is trying to scam me. I asked the company to send the money back to my bank, yet i got no response.
I have been waiting eversince, in the meantime they have made a few thousand dollars off of me for the conversion, and i have no control over my money.
Let this be a warning to anyone who is a serious bitcoin investor, dont invest through Ndax.”
