These people are based in UK and very professional to convince you for investment from $250 and then encourage you to invest more. “For some reason they always hold my coins and I can't do anything to retrieve them.. it's so frustrating sometimes because if I wanna but sell or move crypto I can't on my watch only on theirs
Also when I move my coins they make me do it in two transactions so I get charged twice to move my coins onto a ledger
It's not much but it's still a low move to double charge so ndax can make more profits

If I had a different crypto exchange I would much rather use them

“NDAX was great in the beginning, however it became problematic when a bank draft was sent. It was delivered on a Monday morning and after several attempts by live chat, email and phone calls, the draft was deposited Thursday evening.
Made another deposit and was unable to withdraw until I spoke with someone in the compliance department. It took 3 full days to get a live person on the phone.
She asked me personal and confidential questions, then told me I was being deceptive.
Ultimately I was fired as a client after the conversation - seriously?
How is NDAX advertised as the best Canadian crypto platform when they give absolutely no customer service, hold on to your money for several days, then take their sweet time to contact you back?

“update: My bank was able to reclaim my e-transfer. Money is back in my account. Two people from NDAX called me 3hours later to say the transfer did not work,[heheheh}. They said their names were Jeffery Hamilton and Adrian Mitchell. Jeff explained we must start the whole process again. I again said "you are going to send me $100,000; that does not make any sense" He said he has 60 people working on it and it will happen. He said he will call me next week to arrange it with me. “Jeffery called from a fake number (as when I tried to contact him auto voice announced it was no longer in service}. He used anydesk app that he coached me to install with the lure that I could recover all money lost that my husband had invested in Nettrix. A demo program can be run so that you think you making money in real time. My husband passed away recently so I was an easy mark. He said we could do a Mirror transfer of $1000 to "test" the system of Coinsmart . the e-transfer was sent but not received, nor did it "bounce back" as he explained it would. I called my bank and they could not retrieve it. Coinsmart sent am email saying they did not receive the deposit. I feel very foolish. He said I would be transferred to his boss named Steward David who would unblock the limit and soon I would get ALL my money back soon. It is plain to see I am not tech savvy. I was put on hold for some time while the e-transfer when thru. When Jeffery told me I should call my bank and insist I did this on my own and to not mention his part in it a red flag finally went up. I think I was put on hold so he could have time to hijack the transfer. I hope the authorities can catch these thieves,”
