WARNING! Their white-glove service is a bait and switch. Their site says they will remove the bed frame and mattress but once they arrive, they refuse to do a full service. And if you ask for a refund of the $200, they say I have to call HUB Group for a refund. I paid for a white glove service which I quote says, Will you remove my old bed frame? Yes, with White Glove Service, we offer like-for-like removal of one old bed frame for each new one delivered. The frame must be disassembled before the White Glove Service Provider arrives, and removal is subject to provider discretion. Certain items (such as hospital beds, water beds, or overly bulky frames) are not eligible. The first attempt was to deliver over a month from the original purchase date with a third-party company named Hub Group. I received a call from the delivery driver saying he's delayed and if it's okay if he shows up a few hours late. I said it wasn't a problem. They delivery never came. When I checked HUB Group's tracking site, the order could not be found. When I finally was able to speak with someone from HUB Group, they said they don't do deliveries on the weekend and the best they can do is Monday. Monday comes around and once they enter my bedroom where they need to take the old frame and mattress, the delivery driver was surprised and said, we don't have room in the truck for the frame so we can't take it. I obviously became upset and said, that's not what I paid for. I paid for a full-service where you take the old mattress and bed frame, and assemble the new bed frame and mattress. They refused and left. I called HUB group's manager and he stated that they didn't have in their order for them to remove the bed frame. I tried calling Nectar customer service several times and was left on long hold time until over an hour later someone picked up.

My bed frame came with a manufacturing defect. Nectar refused to honor the warranty or replace the defected part. Instead, they said I could order a replacement part on Amazon myself. They gave me a $50 credit rather than fixing the problem themselves.

I just received this mattress that I paid $1400.00 for. Upon opening it, I found out that it was all flat and won’t rise all the way as it’s supposed to. I say that because I noticed the sides are hard and its middle is bulky. It’s was too much money for it to be a bad expenditure.

I didn't purchase the mattress through Nectar, but I did purchase the mattress protector through them. Do not waste your money on it. I had a spill on my bed that went through the comforter, top sheet, flat sheet, protector sheet, and still made it to the mattress. It did minimize the damage to the mattress but the protector is supposed to repel all liquids from the mattress. It's been a hassle trying to get this adequately dried out and remove all odor. Definitely invest in a mattress protector, but save your money and get it elsewhere.

Got a 10-year warranty and 6 years in they wanted to put up every barrier imaginable to getting a replacement. If you can help it, get your mattress elsewhere.

Warranty Gimmick! I purchased my Nectar mattress believing in their “forever warranty” promise — what a mistake. After just a few years, the mattress began sinking in the middle, creating a noticeable dip that makes it impossible to sleep comfortably. When I reached out to Nectar support, I was met with endless requests for photos — full mattress, tags, angles, measurements, and more — as if I were submitting evidence for a crime scene instead of a simple warranty claim. I sent every picture they asked for (and then some), only to be told that my claim was denied because of a “stain.” That’s their way out — they’ll find any excuse to deny your warranty, no matter how clearly defective the product is. Their representative, Victor, was polite but powerless, clearly reading from a script. The entire process felt like a bait-and-switch routine designed to wear customers down until they give up. For the amount of money this mattress costs, the lack of integrity and accountability is unbelievable. Do yourself a favor — don’t fall for the hype. The so-called “lifetime warranty” isn’t worth the paper it’s written on, and the quality of the mattress clearly doesn’t hold up over time. Nectar talks a big game about comfort and customer care, but when it comes to standing behind their product, they fail miserably. Buyer beware you’ll get a mattress that won’t last, and a warranty that’s impossible to use.

I had high expectations when ordering from this company, given its strong reputation in the mattress industry. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The mattress arrived wet, which is completely unacceptable for a new product — especially one intended for sleep and comfort. Beyond that, the mattress itself failed to meet even basic standards. It offered no proper support, and sleeping on it has been a nightmare. To make matters worse, trying to resolve the issue has been difficult, and I feel like I wasted both time and money. The situation has left me feeling overwhelmed and regretful about my purchase. For a brand that claims to be number one, this was a huge letdown. I cannot recommend this mattress or company based on my experience.

Screw holdings become stripped if you ever need to move apartments or home. Would not recommend. They also don’t sell the piece that are stripped separately. I was I was told to buy a whole new frame from the customer service because of 3 little pieces being stripped.

Terrible Delivery Experience – No Apology, No Accountability I ordered an adjustable base from Nectar and paid $199 for White Glove delivery. The delivery was scheduled for a specific day, and I cleared my schedule and stayed home all day—no one showed up, and I received zero communication. I tried contacting the delivery partner (Hub Group) multiple times—automated phone lines, no live agents, no responses. After days of silence, they eventually reached out and completed the delivery, without even acknowledging or apologizing for the missed appointment. I emailed Nectar directly multiple times to explain what happened and request a partial refund for the service I clearly did not receive—but they haven’t responded at all. I expected far better for a premium delivery fee and am incredibly disappointed by both the service and the lack of customer care. I am deeply disappointed in the poor customer service and sharing my experience elsewhere so others know what to expect.

Forever warranty is a scam, mattress lost firmness quickly and customer service AVOID replacing the mattress by making any excuse to void warranty.

Do not buy Nectar ever! The mattress sunk on the sides by 3 inches, only 2 years after buying it and after multiple rotations of the mattress. Upon sending them an email as proof of my mattress, and a request to have my existing mattress exchanged with a Nectar hybrid, and not foam, I was told that this was not policy and that it would not be possible to exchange the mattress for another model even though I offered to pay the difference. Poor quality control on your end and obnoxious exchange policy should not affect customers with severe sciatica issues. I am one very unhappy and dissatisfied customer! How do you expect me to buy the same mattress that has sunk only in 2 years, AGAIN?! How ridiculous if that don't you think? I will never buy from Nectar again and I will spread the word in the community as well.

This bed is absolutely horrible. Misleading and their customer service is horrible. They tell you that you can't return someone once it's open. Well how do you know if something is damaged without opening it. They said once opened can't return. Very nasty. Have to file fraud claim with credit card company for refund.

Be aware because they falsely advertise. This mattress is so soft that your back will hurt really badly in the morning. My mattress also came destroyed and the customer service brushed it off. They wouldn't refund or replace or even honor the warranty. Don't waste your money!

Return- They take it to the dump=Great sustainability I like a firm mattress but this is backbreaking despite saying a 6.5 firmness. My back was aching so I called to get it picked up after 2 weeks use. I have now just received an email from "Anyjunk" that the company has hired to come dump our mattress rather than at least donating it. You have a sustainability message on your site, but dump on the side of the road a brand new mattress. Your company disgusts me.

Switched without notice and will not fix the proble. Nectar web site BOASTS that the frame is" made out of solid pine and natural spruce, we’re proud to offer you the perfect support for your new Nectar mattress" .... Which is wonderful if that is what you get. I received a steel frame that weighs over 100 lbs and bare support slats.....NOT what I ordered or agreed to or what it says on the web site. Their resolution to date is go to a store and find something I like.

My experience with the Nectar Mattress was not a good one. I bought a king sized mattress for myself and my partner who is disabled. In just 8 months, this mattress became faulty, sinking in some places causing huge discomfort especially to my partner. When we notified Nectar that we were not happy and wanted to return the mattress, they were fully cooperative until we noted that we will not be seeking a replacement, but instead a full refund as we had no faith in the mattresses as a whole. At this point, the customer service team became rude and harder to deal with. We were once told that the ‘free gifts’ that came with the mattress did not have to be returned to receive the full refund, but this was contradicted later in the process where another member of the team told us that not returning the items would affect the refund, so I’m not sure how this is deemed a ‘free gift’ rather than just an accessory. Nectar and their courier company shown no remorse or care that my partner was disabled and we were disgruntled, with the courier company being rude and quite aggressive over the phone in booking the picking up of the mattress. Photographs of the faulty mattress and emails of the lack of customer service I received can be provided upon request. I can easily say that if anyone was to ask me about a Nectar mattress, I’d simply tell them to look elsewhere.

This has to be the worst service experience I have ever experienced with any company. Honestly, Genevieve was probably the best part of this catastrophe. After ordering a replacement remote control for an adjustable bed frame, which seemed so wonderfully effortless upfront, it was decided by Nectar that an entire adjustable base was shipped instead. This seemingly generous offer to replace the whole unit resulted in much of my time wasted over the course of 6 weeks, extreme frustration, and now the hassle of having to dispose of the existing base, which is in mint condition. On top of that, the replacement was initially shipped to the incorrect address despite me having confirmed the correct address at least three times with two different people. When I discovered it was at the incorrect address, I notified the Nectar team on the same day. After around 10 days, it had still not been collected with an agent telling me to reach out to FedEx myself to correct their mistake. During this time, the focus of the customer service team was on the solely on the shipment delivered to the incorrect address, constantly badering me for more information and endless assistance. How hard would it have been for them to call their FedEx rep and ask them to collect the box? All the while, as the customer waiting on the delivery of the adjustable base, I was receiving no information on when I would receive the replacement despite asking numerous times for an ETA. I needed to arrange for the trash collectors to remove the old base, and wanted that to happened around the same time as the delivery. That did not happen. I was not provided with a tracking number this time around, and the delivery person delivered the shipment on the curb without ringing the doorbell or notifying me of the delivery. A neighbor rang my doorbell to tell me I had a delivery on the street, which I then had to drag inside myself. I live alone up two flights of stairs. There isn’t much I can think of that could’ve made this situation worse. Thanks for the free $25 dollar blanket, Nectar! My time is worth a lot more than a blanket I don’t even need and I certainly could've done without the aggravation of this debacle.

Order 2 mattresses on April 10th.For a few days it stood sitting in a FedEx location in Athens Ga. Supposedly they sent them back to nectar because of damages . Ok weill let's just say that was true... We've contacted customer support numerous times and ways and now they are processing it as a new order( lol yes a joke). Meaning I have to wait another 7 -10 days for it to arrive. No expedite shipping on cases like this? No I guess only good companies that care for their customers do that. Never again !
