“The mug I wanted was out of stock, but Customer Service contacted me right away and gave me plenty of options. I decided on a different mug, it was sent, but USPS screwed up. Instead of leaving it at the next office (we are in CIVID mode, so our Admin rotates open offices. And, yes, USPS knows that!) Anyway, the gift was sent back to Nerd Kung Fu. Again, they immediately notified me and offered to reship it to wherever I want. These guys are awesome! I'm looking forward to getting the mug and delivering it in person... wearing a mask.
