“Paid $15 to ship one shirt. Took forever to ship. The picture of the shirt looked black. The description said Navy. I got a dark blue shirt. But hey at least the print was straight. There I did a review now stop the spam emails.”
“I have not received my order yet. You did not indicate on your website that you would have to wait for an extended period of time because the item I ordered was not ready-made. You had to prepare a silk screen for it. This takes a week or so. Then you have to print the image onto the shirt. It seems you operate a frugal business and will only make items when someone orders something. This takes too long and customers can cancel the sale. WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?”

I order shirts from you guys a few years ago and it was fine. Most of the shirts lasted, a few fell apart almost immediately (image coming off).
This time was just bad. Your website when looking for shirts is udder crap. For example, if you click next page, it loads half the shirts from previous pages and then you MUST click the same page number again to get it to refresh and actually show the shirts on the page.
Also, many of the shirts I looked at using the size filtering did NOT come in that size. Then the few that did, after ordering, only shirts in black are available.
You were one of the few places I could find tall shirts in my size. After this, I will be looking for a new place to shop.”
“I've ordered twice from Nerd Kung Fu, both times there was an error. The first time about two years ago, one of the prints was visibly flaking off the shirt out of the package. I accepted it, though disappointing. The second order was just recently. One of the prints, a G1 Decepticon insignia, wasn't centered and was crooked on the shirt. I contacted support, which was very fast and friendly, and gave pictures of the shirt in question. They reached out to their printer and about a week later I received a new shirt. It was nearly correct, but still visibly uncentered. The next day I received yet another (3rd) copy of the shirt, which was also misaligned. If you can't get it right after 3 tries, I'm to believe that's the best you can do, and it's no longer worth my time and effort. I do appreciate the timely and polite help, but I can not pledge for the product here.”
“I've bought shirts in size XLT which were way too big and then because the first didn't really fit ones, the next size down, in LT which were way too small. It's really a problem since I'm getting upcharged for tall shirts and they are all unwearable. I think the issue might be that they are using different types of cotton shirts which run differently in size. Waste of $200.00.”

“I ordered two shirts; the one arrived with the ink peeling off, the other arrived printed off center and crooked. Customer service has been helpful, but it was a disappointing first impression and meant both shirts were too late for the convention I was buying them to wear at.”
