“I recently ordered a shirt for my son. After I had submitted my order, I realized I ordered the wrong size. I emailed the company and received an email from Michelle. Unfortunately, the shirt I wanted for him wasn't available in his size and I had to order something completely different. She kept in touch with me through emails, eleven in all, and was very kind in not charging me extra for the bigger size. I couldn't believe the customer service she gave. It was the end of the day and she made sure everything was in place. I was then emailed when the order was ready to be shipped. The customer service was amazing. I'll definitely be ordering more merchandise from Nerd Kung Fu.”
