“ Called three times after a delivery came with half the order I made… been put in a queue for 1.5 hours.. no one answered. Called next day 1.2 hours… nothing. Used the WhatsApp- nothing. The only way to buy the capsules (been doing it for the last 5 years) is through the website… Just putting my Nespresso machine on eBay and never again falling on this trap! ”
