“The back of the wetsuit ripped after two uses. I only used it while s snorkeling in a river, so the back was not scraping on anything. Would strongly not recommend purchasing this wetsuit.”

“I placed an order and neglected to add the coupon code. So I sent an email, hoping for the best because merchants never answer their emails….. But to my surprise they emailed me promptly and confirmed I had qualified for the discount and they would process the refund!! They sent the shipment right away. I was unsure of how many boxes I should’ve received. So, i emailed them a second time. Again they promptly responded with the information I needed. 5 Stars for customer service !”

“Bought a pop up goal for my clubs goalkeeper sessions. Part of the goal had a fault and when I contacted Net World Sports they couldn't have been more helpful. Replaced the faulty goal straight away with no quibbling. Very happy with the goal initially, the speed of replacement and the original cost price. Not to mention the fantastic customer service. I'll definitely be using them again”

“Ordered 3 pop up Gazebos which were very good quality for the price and easy to assemble.Had a problem with courier who failed to deliver one box. Customer service were very helpful and sorted the delivery of the box with courier company.”

“I purchased a 8x4 goal and shooting net from New World Sport. I was kept up to date with my purchase from the minute I ordered via email. The courier service they used did not deliver when they said they would. I contacted New World Sports and had such a personal experience with Ellie who was polite and went over and above to help get my order to me in time for my son’s birthday. These days it’s not often you receive good customer service but Ellie was great. I would recommend this company and will be purchasing again from them.”

“Excellent service today from Jade, one of your customer service advisors. My order had not arrived as it should and she quickly found out it had been damaged in transit and returned to their warehouse. She promptly re-ordered my item and nothing was a hassle. “I had to ring customer services about an hour after placing my order as I had forgotten an item and also the discount code hadn't been taken off. Lisa sorted out the discount for me.You had already dispatched the goalpost, which was a shame I couldn't add to it but was amazingly fast service for getting it out to me in great time.”
