“I had incorrectly chosen the wrong shipping and I was in need of some goods quicker than on the dispatch method. Net World Sports upgraded my shipping method as a gesture of goodwill. I use Net World Sports and they never disappoint.”

“I purchased a baseball batting cage net and the hardware. The net came fast but the hardware was not included. UPS may have lost it, who know. I contacted the company and they promptly responded with an apology and stated that they are sending out the hardware. Great price on the net and great customer service.”

“I order a Vermont tennis court roller squeegee from Net World Sports. Great price and on time delivery. Custom support were good. I gave a 5 starts after I received the product on time. I tested squeegee it out today after rain on a tennis court. The squeegee did nothing, it did not absorb the water nor push the water. Very disappointed. Completely waste money.”

“I had to change the address for my delivery which I placed this morning. I filled in the online form and Aaron came back to me so quickly. He asked for the new address and advised this would be changed for the delivery. Great customer service, quick and easy :)”

“I had a problem with the parcel delivery company, no fault of Net World Sports at all. I rang Net World and spoke to Lisa, she was super helpful and sorted the issue in a very professional and timely manner. Lisa was helpful, polite and very professional. “Initially complained, not due to product, due to delivery. Parcel left outside porch in pouring rain. Box fell apart when we tried to move indoors. Net World immediately dealt, sent a carry holdal and apologised. No quibble.”

“Superb products that stand the test of time (in all weathers!). More than that though, the after sales service was exceptional. Had a problem (outside of Net World Sports control) but they were straight on it, replacement arriving the next day. No questions, spoke to a real person (Dan) who just got on with rectifying things.”
