“Excellent customer service. I called to add an item to a previous order and the customer service rep kindly added the Black Friday discount (that I had missed) to my original order and the new one! Very helpful and saved me money.”

“The package for the football goal I ordered arrived damaged by the courier with parts missing. The problem was resolved quickly and replacement parts are being sent out with a carry bag as a goodwill gesture. Hopefully they will arrive soon. Thanks so much Lisa!”

“A post for Lisa... Ordered a rugby tackle bag for my son at Christmas which arrived promptly but unfortunately also arrived damaged. These things do happen but what matters most is how a company responds and resolves matters. Lisa and Net World, first class for helping to keep my little boy happy at Christmas.”

“The customer service I received today over the phone was exceptional to say the least. I accidentally ordered two of the same product. Not only did they refund the extra item, they also refunded and honoured the 10% discount I missed by not entering the discount code on check out! They were quick, efficient and very helpful. Thank you!!”

“When I ordered the soccer net for my nephew I missed entering the CyberMonday discount code. I phoned the call center (in UK) and was fortunate enough to connect with friendly and efficient Jade -- who promptly adjusted the order and issued the discount refund. Wow, I wish Air Canada would be as friendly and efficient.”

“The most affordable source of balls and equipment for the high school rugby program I coach. Only knock against them seems minor - tacked on a pack of a dozen whistles along with the last ball order and only got the one whistle, and the strap broke on first use.”

“We have purchased numerous tennis court benches from Net World Sports. We had multiple arrive damaged due to shipping, and Net World Sports stood by their product and either provided a discount or a replacement as needed until we were happy. I would hope they would work on packing the items better in the future to prevent this sort of problem down the road, but I am happy to hear that customer service did everything they could to right the wrong.”
