“Not so much a bad service. But the code supplied has not worked. Nor has the 3 other codes from different companies. And even from the phone supplier. So along with 2 other companies I have paid for nothing. I am now in contact with the manufacturer.”

“Dreadful service, threatened to block my handset because I wrote a negative review after they took my money and I heard nothing whatsoever for nearly a month. Very abusive email received too such as one which read “get bent muppet”! How they can treat customers like this I don’t know!”

“I pay for this service for unlock my phone and only what i recieve was email they will send me code to 24hours.after 24 hours no any email and they did not take money feom acount i choose directunlock website foe unlocking my phone.after 8 days later i recieve email they took money from my account and send me just one numeber for unlocking phone.afywr 8 days!! I wrote to them for refund and explain the situation but never recieve any unswer or refund!”

“After waiting more than the stated amount of time to receive a code, I was worried I'd been ripped off as I'd heard absolutely nothing back... so I email them asking if there was any update on my code and if they could just let me know what's going on - reasonable right? Apparently not. Within a few hours (funny how they can reply to emails but not send out a code lol) I then get an email back, being fully refunded, but also getting insulted and called annoying and told to go aggravate someone else??? Awful service, should have read these reviews before I even bothered with this site. I asked a question, and receive abuse. These cowboys should be shutdown.”

“Well made up pay and had my phone unlocked within 5 days cheap as well as phone shop wanted £35 and I got my code for only £12 so would recommend to anyone thank you netpal”

“Ordered last night around 6pm. Received the unlock code at 12:35 today and it worked like a charm. Because I'm inpatient I also emailed to see how long they expected it to take, they got back to me within the hour, were polite and answered my questions in full. Great service, would highly recommend.”

“ABSOLUTE joke do not use these what ever you do!! Purchased asked how long been received aggrieved emails abusive language being told to Fuk of its awefull got refunded right away all because I asked how long it would take. The messages I have ate discustubg DO BIT USE THESE! Buy over ever for even cheeper the phones unlocked in minuites! Plus Ebay is save! Via pay pal!!”
