“Payment is fine but everything from there is awful if you have an issue. Offers MCK unlocking service but the code issued is the same as the network unlock code and not MCK (Samsung)...... Submitted two customer service tickets and absolutely no response. Telephone number doesn't work. Avoid like the plague.”

“DONT BELIEVE THESE SCAMMING W&^!%$'s THEIR CLAIM THAT YOUR PHONE WILL BE UNLOCKED WITHIN 24 HOURS IS UTTER B&*$£%@S IT TOOK MINE 5 DAYS!!!!! THEIR PHONE DOES NOT WORK, I MUST HAVE TRIED IT 20 OR 30 TIMES TO NO AVAIL. tHESE VERMIN MAY BE CHEAP BUT THERE IS A GOOD REASON FOR THAT, THEY ARE F%&£1%G USELESS.”

“I ordered the network decoding code and I received only the network code but without the Defreeze code. to receive and Defreeze I had to place an order even if on the page it says that I receive the 2 codes. Hello, you were refunded in full, even though it was clearly your handset that was the problem, so no waste of money plus you wouldn't accept any support. You could have been unlocked but chose instead to denigrate our company in a dishonest and irrational manner. We did our best to help.

“What's the point in waiting for days when other services give you the code instantly. What's the point in having a phone number when it never even goes through? Oh I see, it's just there as a confidence pre-sales booster.”

“Purchased Unlock for my iPhone . After two weeks, hadn't received anything not ever a confirmation email and their phone line perm, engaged so claimed money from paypal. Received a rude response back saying my phone was unlocked 4 days prior. demanding I close the claim. Checked my inbox for their email (and the junk folder) nothing ! Asked them to verify where they sent the email, they refused. They sent confirmation via Paypal, that the phone was unlocked on the server. I'm not technically minded so not a clue. But connected to iTunes and followed their instructions, phone still locked. Responses Rude and unhelpful , not the customer service promised on the website. Accused me on being a scammer and being awkward instead of helping me . Had my money for ten days and no response and now got to wait for 10 days for Paypal to refund me .. Said this is the only problem they have had all year but I wonder why their phone line constantly engaged if I am the only customer with a problem ???!!!!! Don't waste your money with this company , their customer service the worst I have ever received..”

“Hi still waiting for my code too I have emailed them on 7 times and no luck even the phone number also showing busy and I have checked my junk box for my code still nothing there my placed my order on the 20/08/2019 and still waiting for my code I would think again before using this company”

“When placing my order I may have misread the small print because I thought I would receive my code within 24 hours. No code arrived, so I queried this with NetPal and was told I would receive the code within 5 working days. Today is the sixth working day and I have still not received my code. Interestingly a request to complete this review of the service came on the third working day. Not quite sure what to make of that. I will be attempting to get my money back. I do not recommend this service.”

your code was sent on the 22nd August. it was sent his morning after you complained. now you have a left a negative review for nothing. so thanks very much!!!!! check your spam before flying off the handle.

“Paid for what seemed to be an unlock service which took 4 days to get a code but it didn't work. Response from Netpal is I'd purchased wrong service and if I'd read website properly I'd have seen that but if I paid more they would provide another code. Needless to say I haven't paid more as there is no guarantee another code would work. Gesture of goodwill would have been to provide another code to see if it worked before charging me but a cocky reply came back saying 'we don't know you've purchased the wrong service, what more can we have done'.”

As we said, why should we pay for your mistake? We provide full information on the service pages. How is it our fault if you can't be bothered to read it? Furthermore, we offered you a discount for the correct service. So yes, what more could we do? We're running a business not a charity!

“Don't use this site. They are cheats. They took the payment and when the code didn't work they tried to put the blame on me entering the code incorrectly and I needed to accept the fact that I did the wrong thing when I clearly know I didn't. Don't use them.”

“Purchased 5 unlocks and was told they would be completed in 5 days maximum. After waiting 2 weeks I was told that I need to pay an additional £120!!!! Spoke to them on the phone, was very rudely spoken to, no explanation given as to why the price has increased and refused to refund me!!!! Stay away, there are better more reliable companies out there that will not try to steal your money.”

This review is 100% FAKE and has been posted by Zahid MAHMOOD of wowunlocks on ebay as retribution for negative feedback on ebay. NetPal Ltd. has requested this review be removed multiple times. We have also been harassed by Mr. MAHMOOD via whatsapp and text message.

“Dreadful service, threatened to block my handset because I wrote a negative review after they took my money and I heard nothing whatsoever for nearly a month. Very abusive email received too such as one which read “get bent muppet”! How they can treat customers like this I don’t know!”

“I pay for this service for unlock my phone and only what i recieve was email they will send me code to 24hours.after 24 hours no any email and they did not take money feom acount i choose directunlock website foe unlocking my phone.after 8 days later i recieve email they took money from my account and send me just one numeber for unlocking phone.afywr 8 days!! I wrote to them for refund and explain the situation but never recieve any unswer or refund!”

“After waiting more than the stated amount of time to receive a code, I was worried I'd been ripped off as I'd heard absolutely nothing back... so I email them asking if there was any update on my code and if they could just let me know what's going on - reasonable right? Apparently not. Within a few hours (funny how they can reply to emails but not send out a code lol) I then get an email back, being fully refunded, but also getting insulted and called annoying and told to go aggravate someone else??? Awful service, should have read these reviews before I even bothered with this site. I asked a question, and receive abuse. These cowboys should be shutdown.”
