“Bought the 24 hour unlock code and didn't get it for three days. I got a partial refund for it but the code worked when I got it”

Hello, thanks for the completely unwarranted negative review. Let me just clear a few things up here if you don't mind. Firstly, you ordered the 24 hour service on a Friday evening and it explicitly states on the Samsung page '(excludes weekends)'. Secondly, we immediately refunded the extra you paid, without you asking, and processed your unlock as we would any other customer. Thirdly, we delivered your cheaper unlock code in 3 days even though it was the weekend which essentially makes it in 1 day. ....and for all that you leave us a negative review?

“After reviewing several websites about unlocking phones and companies that assist with that, I chose NetPal because the previous reviews at stated that they were very good, quick (within 12 hours to 2 days), and that they communicated every step of the way. While they did a great job of getting the phone unlocked me (iphone 7 from O2 network), the amount of time it took and the communication was not ideal. Despite stating that it can take between 24-72 hours to complete the process, it took over 72 hours to get the code and information to unlock my phone. I had to email twice to get an update and the responses were not always clear. However, NetPal delivers and reduces the hassle of unlocking the phone at a very affordable rate.”

“Their attitude is right,but they are quite ambiguous on their website. Before buying, it is advisable to talk to customer service about what it means in the topic”
