Unfortunately they did not unlock my phone, at first they were helpful but after that they started blaming my phone for being faulty, which it wasn't. Then the emails started getting hostile !! I eventually unlocked my phone by asking the original service provider (which was slow hence why I asked NetPal) They haven't provided a refund either even though it's meant to be guaranteed

I really can't believe you left us a bad review. After everything we did for you. We provided hours of support, two sets of codes at extra expense to ourselves and when we identified that your handset was the problem you still went ahead and blamed us. We did absolutely everything and more to help and you still blamed us. I'm incredibly disappointed.

Had a pleasant experience.UK used Sony xperia phone locked to EE was unlocked with code provided by Netpal within a reasonable length of time and price.Thanks.

Too long to respond to unlock services. Despite being given fault information requesting screenshots. Unfortunately I wasted my time and money, should have reverted to phone manufacturer, but difficult when stuck overseas

The issue you have outlined in email indicate that you have problems with the handset that are completely unrelated to both our service and the unlock code we provided. In light of these facts you still venally posted a cobbled together negative review. So thanks for that!

Not so much a bad service. But the code supplied has not worked. Nor has the 3 other codes from different companies. And even from the phone supplier. So along with 2 other companies I have paid for nothing. I am now in contact with the manufacturer.

Tried calling them within their business hours but the phone kept ringing until it was cut off
