“Reasonable price, many services available and fairly quick response time to queries.. process was pretty straight forward and steps were clearly explained. Only downfall was the time it took to receive the code, however when received the code worked no problem.”

“Unlock code worked on first attempt and seems to be one of the cheaper options. Did have to wait 5 days to get it though as they don't work on weekends”

“Very happy with the service. Was quicker than expected by about 4 days going by the estimated time. Only thing I wasn't too happy about was the price, I thought it could be a bit cheaper rather than £10 more than BT would of charged if I was actually able to get hold of them, other than that I am very happy with the service and will be unlocking another handset quite soon”

“This is a great service given by a great company. It did take three days for my code, to be fair though, I did put in the request on a Sunday, but as soon as I'd got the code, I started my phone, input the code and now it is unlocked to any network. Very happy with this service.”

“Phone unlocked within the timescales predicted. It was very easy to unlock and I had no issues at all. Also very reasonably priced compared to other unlock agents”

“Nepal got my unlock code and i'm now a "happy bunny" again. The only groan I have is how long it took, I got nothing from them after stage 2 untill I sent an enquiry email asking for an update. Then within 10 minutes they answered with my code. I would still recommend them despite the wait. Regards Tony”

“Reasonable price, good communication and when they couldn't find my unlock code on the first attempt they told me about this but still kept going it took longer than I hoped and expected but resolved in the end”

“I was dubious at first, but with PayPal protection I knew I was protected. The process was very easy to follow. It took 4 days to complete and that included the weekend. I received an email very shortly after a concern and the issue was rectified immediately. I would use the NetPal again and I would recommend to others. The cost was also really good. It was less than £20 to unlock my phone.”

“All worked fine very reliable and good service kept me informed. Did take quite a while though (4 days) but I can't complain considering it cost me £20 to unlock my previous phone. VERY GOOD HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“Felt it could have been a quicker service took about 4 days, but I was kept informed of each stage via email. Maybe would have been quicker if I hadn't sent off on a Friday evening. Code worked first time though.”

“Very good service. Unlock for iPhone 8 was simple and effective. Did take more than a week to unlock but this may have been due to Apple rather than NetPal.”

“Unlock code sent well within the specified time and worked perfectly. Thanks NetPal! Only downside was no confirmation of my order was received but this is not really a massive problem.”
