“Bought 2 unlocks for the huawei mate 20 pro, one locked on Vodafone, the other locked to EE. Vodafone code was sent through within 4 days, I’m still awaiting the EE but it could take up to 10 days as stated on the website. I don’t anticipate any problems arising though as the Vodafone unlock was easy and within the time stated.”

“Too long to respond to unlock services. Despite being given fault information requesting screenshots. Unfortunately I wasted my time and money, should have reverted to phone manufacturer, but difficult when stuck overseas”

The issue you have outlined in email indicate that you have problems with the handset that are completely unrelated to both our service and the unlock code we provided. In light of these facts you still venally posted a cobbled together negative review. So thanks for that!

“Great customer service. I was told the order was completed, but I hadn't received a unlock code even in my spam folder. I emailed administration, and they sent it straight over. Fair price for something that I wanted, with only a minor glitch.”
