“We agreed to refund amount of approx $85 for delivery please refer to your and our previous emails , you mentioned that you refunded it while we haven’t received it , I asked my bank many times but informed that no transferred amount received from you . I sent many emails with many reminders but with no reply from your side with negligence to the issue . It’s our right to receive such amount, if you refunded it please send the bank transfer copy as a proof to show it to our bank ???!!!! Your immediate action with the concerned department is appreciated.”
