“I had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Nicole throughout the process of ordering a dress for my son's New Year's Eve 2024 wedding. ???????? Nicole was nothing short of fabulous!? She answered numerous emails and phone calls with patience, extreme kindness, and helpfulness. She even contacted the designer regarding a question I had! Who does that? I feel so blessed that I had the opportunity to work with Nicole. I would urge anyone to order from New York Dress. The customer service I received was amazing!?
