“I love the dress of course, but I just have one point, That i wasn't notified ahead that there is an extra Customs fee that I have to pay on arrival of the dress - I would have preferred to know this before I received the dress, other than that the dress is beautiful and service is very friendly”

“I loved the dress, at first it didn't come exactly like the picture but it is still very pretty. However, when you take pictures of the dress with the flash on, then the dress comes out exactly like the online pictures.”

“Due to Covid, the NYD new policies are understandable, but should have been more flexible regarding returns, these dresses are high in price, with no exchange or refund policy. We took a chance, ($375.00) and order a dress for my daughters prom, "luckily" it fit her well but the brassier area was too wide, and had to be altered. Other then that, the dress was gorgeous and had many, many complements.”
