“This was the most amazing experience! The dress was shipped to Canada and arrived at our door in 8 days! The ordering process was easy, the shipping tracking was perfect and the dress is stunning!!! What amazing quality. - it’s so beautiful. We used the sizing chart on the website and the dress fits perfect. We even got a complementary tote bag. Thank you New York Dress for making my daughter’s Graduation Dress experience a perfect one! I will highly recommend New York Dress to all Moms out there.”

“your return and refund policy is totally unacceptable. it just show that you do not care about the customer only about making money. I understand there needs to be a boundary but this is to limited and only about you. I will have a store credit but will only use it to benefit another person. this is not a business model I wish to encourage. A refund within a certain amount of time is reasonable or a larger notice about your refund policy. I would recommend you to no one and discourage them from buying from you.”

“Amazing service and customer support! Had a problem with my order and UPS returned it to sender without talking to me but I called the customer service center and Samantha helped me solve the issue in less than 10 minutes and sent me a new package ! They’re very friendly and helpful!”
