“Very disappointed. The dress is pretty and fit well but it is not made well, every time i touched it, it felt like it was going to fall apart. I wore it and literally 5 minutes later the sewing at the zipper started falling apart and had to sew it back myself bc i was leaving to go to a weeding. I was so stressed trying to keep it from falling apart. I would not recommend”

Hi Qendresa, We're truly sorry to hear about your experience with the dress. It’s disappointing to know that the quality didn’t meet your expectations, especially under such time-sensitive circumstances. Your feedback regarding the sewing issues is important to us and will be shared with our team to improve future product quality. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we hope to serve you better in the future. Kind regards, Team NewYorkDress
