“Buyer beware!!!! They false advertise that they have “easy returns” when in fact they DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING! They will only do an exchange and require you to pay for return shipping. Complete ripoff. Dress looked pretty online, showed up looking like a giant bathroom loofa. Tried to “easily return” to find out that they won’t return it at all. FALSE ADVERTISING AND SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.”

We're sorry to hear your experience was not as expected. Our website indicates our return policy in two places. One upon checkout and one in our policies. We offer a $12 label which is a lower cost then purchasing your own label at the courrier. All you have to do is contact us and we provide the label and accept the return for a store credit or exchange.

“Shopping experience was good, ordering was easy, and the order arrived quickly. The only suggestion I have is this: please list the the material type for each dress. I ordered an (expensive) red dress that arrived and was 100% polyester, very low quality material with bad stitching and lots of loose and untrimmed thread. The quality of the dress itself left much to be desired, but the site and ordering process was good. I hope that the return process is as easy as the ordering process.”
