“You are a mail order business and you don’t allow for refunds or exchanges when the dress doesn’t fit? You might think your sale is a reason, but did you ever consider that there are people who still have a hard time with paying even a sale price? I’m dealing with cancer for the 3rd time and running from store to store is impossible. I hoped the dress would fit but it didn’t. I’m hoping to be alive for my daughter’s wedding and you could have made it easy and refunded me or at the least allowed me to return the dress for a credit. But you were cut and dried. No return allowed. Shame on you!”
