“Great customer service! They called me immediately to let me know that a particular size was sold out and worked with me determine my right size and went the extra mile to ship the dress by 2-day UPS due to time constraints on my end. Received many compliments for the dress.”

“I had to return a dress that ordered by mistake. I reached out to the store by email and they were very helpful. They allowed me to exchange the dress and the turn around was only a few days. I was relieved that I was able to get the dress I wanted because it was sold out quickly after.”

“I ordered two dresses from NYD, but I didn't like the look or fit of one of them. The return process was seamless, and I was promptly issued store credit for my next purchase. They also respond to emails very quickly. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again!”

“Extremely pleased with the dress. The only thing that I would mention is that it gives off colour. My nails were black around the edges after touching it. And I could not get the stain off. Thankfully, it was a fake press on the nails, so I just ripped them off the next day. Ha ha. Except from that the dress is stunning and very comfortable and light to wear. Will definitely purchase again.”

“This place is just horrible!!!! I ordered a green dress for a wedding and they sent me a blue!!!!!! I was In shock!!!!! Wrong color and horrible quality!!!! I had to find another dress in four days!!! The costumer service was terrible and they were not gentle or polite!!! Never more!!!!!!!!”

“The quality is so good. The beading and sewing are very high quality. The fabric is durable and thick. The sizing is all over the place though, I had to get double my usual size.”
