“I have previously had a very good experience ordering dresses with your company. They were shipped out promptly and absolutely beautiful. But this order arrived yesterday with the wrong dress in the box and now I'm nervous about getting my daughter's winter formal dress in time for her formal. I'm hoping the correct dress can be shipped today to correct the order.”
