“My first order was lost and customer service was great with response time and reshipping another item. However, the replaced item came to me and I was not happy. Not the product itself, it was what/how the product came to me. It was a regular brown box with the NYD logo and there was not a dress bag. For the amount I paid for the dress, I would expect better.”
