“Janae was amazing. Very knowledgeable of her stock from the few prompts my daughter gave her as ideas for her prom dress. She was patient, offered great alternatives and knew my daughter’s style to a tee. We didn’t feel pressured into making a decision but did leave with ‘the dress’ thanks to her expertise and guidance.”

“Your website is user-friendly and experience was pleasant enough, but your return policy is a bummer. Online shipping is tough, especially for an event where you want to find the perfect dress. I understand you don’t want women ordering too many dresses with the intent of returning all but one. But maybe cap the amount of returns per order and/or charge a reasonable restocking fee for the inconvenience to your employees.”
