Very happy with my purchase of the Astrid Single Sleigh bed frame and a Deluxe mattress. Website is easy to navigate, prompt dispatch and delivery and it was fairly easy to put together. My only complaint is that two of the boxes were damaged on delivery but the product was not damaged luckily. My daughter is very pleased with her new bed.

Well priced sturdy toybox which can urprisingly fit a lot of toys in. Love the scandi style too!

Arrived very promptly. Lovely looking, good-sized toy box. Had a bit of an issue with the lid shutting too quickly but nothing that couldn't be fixed with a screwdriver and a bit of thought! Nice quality wood too.

Delivwey was very quick and the courier left clear instructions for when it was left with a neighbour. The price is great as the table and chairs are really good quality. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is that one of the chairs has a minor crack in it and also a blue mark which won't come off.

Great single bed! Easy to build and looks fab! Delivery of the bed was dodgy. Only half of it arrived in the first place, 10 days later the rest arrived.

I love the bed for my princess! I would have loved if purchase allowed assembly assistance. The bed looks the size of a single also when putting up the bed a few of the wooden parts were missing therefore needed to purchase myself to complete the bed. But nonetheless bed is beautiful and suits my baby girls room perfectly.

Order a tv unit, came very quick. It was HORRENDOUS to assemble, so fiddly and so many pieces. My husband and I are good at DIY but this was awful to do. The pieces weren’t great quality and some broke whilst assembling. The drawers didn’t fit properly so one we can’t use as an actual drawer. Poor quality and awful to put together, spend the extra money and buy one from a decent shop, I wish I had!

I ordered the Karlstad 6 Drawer Chest of Drawers in White. It arrived in two separate orders (boxes) over two separate days. Boxes were badly damaged and held together with shrink wrap, I e mailed the company with pictures before I opened the boxes with my concern. To my horror I opened one box and almost the entire Wood was damaged the top, severely. I e mailed them with no response. I tried to google company for contact number but no response. I then saw the reviews and my heart sunk. Thankfully, I paid using Klarna, and they paused payment and said they would give the company time to resolve issue and then they would investigate the matter. Weeks went by, and after countless e mails and the company not reading my e mails (previous) I decided to take it upon my self and make the 3 hour round trip drive to their warehouse to drop off the damaged items. I asked if I could take a new replacement set, but was advised it allowed due to COVID. A few days later, the drawers arrived and were undamaged. I wasn’t offered any compensation for my journey, but didn’t expect anything, just wanted to get rid of the boxes hanging around and the situation to be sorted. Customer service isn’t great, but it’s not too bad if you speak face to face, as the lady did as she promised sent confirmation e mail and items by courier. My advice is pay with Klarna and take pictures. The chest of drawers is great, and it’s very sturdy, drawers close lovely, and despite my bad experience, I will use the company again and have. I have also recommended the company to a friend who is looking for a cabin bed for his son.

I usually try to give good reviews but I'm afraid it is rather hard to do so with this company. My experience has not been great, I ordered a triple bunkbed which I am actually really happy with despite the fact that there were 5 screws missing to assemble the base of one of the beds, my children also really love it. However the bunkbed only came with two mattresses when I ordered three. Customer service did notify me that my delivery was a split so I was expecting my item to be delivered the next day especially as I paid extra for next day delivery. Its been a week now and after chasing it up I've been notified that the courier cannot locate the mattress. I was refunded the delivery fee but its just been so frustrating with the lack of communication from customer service, and just sheer incompetence.

I had an absolutely awful experience with after sales customer service. I have complained directly and revived a £50 refund but didn’t really make up for the huge inconvenience and awful service I received. Will seriously consider purchasing from here again. The produce itself is good though, sturdy and easy to assemble.

We ordered the most beautiful dining table, bench and 5 chairs for an absolute bargain price of just under £350. We picked the delivery date and the table and bench were delivered on the correct day (12th of April). We were advised the chairs were coming as a split delivery. Only to be told the week later they were now out of stock and not expected to come back in stock. We asked for a full refund and have been waiting for Noa and Nani to collect the bench and table for a return and refund. The first collection attempt was last week, the man came into my house and refused to take the parcel claiming it was too big. I had had to send pictures of the items packaged before I could even book the refund and they were aware they had sold me a 180cm table. The next collection is booked for Tuesday but whether this goes ahead is a mystery to us all. We have an appointment with citizens advice to get our money back though we are really hoping the next collection goes ahead. Very hard company to get hold of. Would never order from them again and would certainly not recommend them. If only half of our order was in stock it should have never been sent out in the first place. I’m stuck with half my order taking up my kitchen when I’m 40 weeks pregnant with 2 young children. It has been nothing but stress and we are still £350 down nearly a month after the item was delivered.

Damaged furniture. No telephone number or live chat available. No response to emails other than automated replies stating customer service will respond within 48 hours, which of course they do not. Still waiting for response. Have not ordered from them before and will not again.

Bought Annika Bistro Set Table with 2 Chairs for £99. One chair arrived broken. Emailed Noa & Nani immediately with 6 photos. The chair wasn’t economically repairable so I disposed of it after waiting ages for a reply. After 3 weeks of wasting my time they bizarrely offered £25 if they collected the broken chair or £15 without returning chair. Like they don’t believe me?!? They certainly wouldn’t repair and resell. No faith they would refund me. Told them to forget refund. Loads of similar bad reviews. Dodgy company. Avoid.

I do not write reviews... This is a WARNING! Do not waste your time, the customer service received was so incompetent that my child went without a bed for 10nights after a simple request to replace a missing parcel. I had to speak with the courier directly as N&N do not have a working customer service phone line or converse over anything other than email with their couriers or customers. N&N are hiding behind a computer, another faceless organisation focused on profits over customer satisfaction & retention. Complete incompetence is an understatement. The courier (Panther - who are also useless but at least have a working phoneline!) conveniently blamed N&N, who then blamed the courier. After 10days of incompetence they finally sent out a replacement which was requested 2 days into the saga. Quality is average plenty of marks and chips on the product before we even talk about the hours it takes to build by even the most experienced handymen! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE I am extremely unhappy with the lack of customer service from this company. I ordered a mattress for next day delivery on Thursday due for delivery on Friday as my daughters old mattress was due to be collected and disposed of that day. Friday arrived and after initially receiving confirmation of a delivery slot from the courier used by Noa & Nani this was then updated to 'unable to be delivered' I contacted both this company and Noa & Nani and so far have just been fobbed off. We are now Monday evening and I am no further forward with this matter. The courier have confirmed to me that the item has not been given to them by the sender (Noa & Nani) but after contact Noa & Nani on several occasion they keep telling me it has been sent and that this is an issue with the courier. Whilst I appreciate as a gesture of goodwill I have been refunded the next day delivery fee, Noa and Nani are still unable to update me on a guaranteed date for my mattress delivery despite promises both by email and live chat today that this would happen. I have absolutely no confidence is the ability of the company to even dispatch a replacement mattress to me and even if they do they have yet to confirm this. My 5 year old daughter would have been sleeping on the floor for DAYS if it wasn't for the fact that I have had to go out and purchase a air bed for her. I am honestly appalled that I feel the only way to get a resolution is to write a lengthy complaint on here as when I asked to raise a complaint I was advised that this would be looked at by a manager but not until after the matter was resolved?!! MY COMPLAINT RELATES TO THE FACT IT IS NOT RESOLVED SO WHAT USE IS THAT!?
