“Was awaiting a refund the week before lockdown commenced. Still no refund to this day. Numerous emails back and forth promising the money would be returned and asking me to be patient. Time then lapsed with PayPal so I couldn’t process a claim. Furious! Email stating refund done, no funds reached my account so promised an investigating “team” at NC would investigate. Still nothing to this day and no updates unless I chase them. I simply can not recommend this site at all!”

“I was due a refund before lockdown happened in March. I was promised a refund in April and May, 10 emails from them all stating they would refund my purchase - in the end opened a PayPal case and had to claim my money back that way. It’s taken over 3 months. I would not bother. Poor quality products and poor customer service. I’ve only given this a one star because you can’t put zero.”

“Ordered a dress for £40 and the quality of the fabric was just awful! It was shiny and plasticky. Reminded me of the fabric of Halloween costumes you buy at supermarkets for £5/10. Ordered a cami dress size 8 (I'm a size 6/8 and sometimes size 8 is a bit large) but I could get into this dress! It was more a size 4! I will never buy anything from them ever again!”

“Thank you so much for such lovely customer service! I had an issue with USPS not being able to deliver my parcel, so I sent an email to Nobody's Child Customer Service not really expecting a reply and they got back to me straight away with a solution to the problem, they had rescheduled my delivery and put me in contact with my USPS delivery driver so I could pass on info about where to leave the parcel as no one was into collect it. Thanks so much to Yasmin and the team at Nobody's Child! Your help was so appreciated.”

“Be careful when entering your address after I had pressed buy the postcode jumped from my London code to one in Birmingham I contacted them immediately they say they cannot change it. So I am buying a dress for someone in Birmingham unless, of course, they return it.”

“The customer service team, in particular Yasmin have been so so helpful in more than one occasion. She was so helpful at helping sorting my return where I had lost my postage receipt. Not often you get a company that is so helpful and quick at responding.”

“I ordered a dress 6 weeks ago and paid for expedited shipping so I would get it in time for a special event. I have not received my order and Customer Service has been useless. They were supposed to begin an investigation with the delivery company 4 weeks ago and still no reply, no package, no refund, but they did have the nerve to offer me 20% off my next order!”

“I got a Nobody's Child dress through ASOS. A seam ripped when I washed it so I sent it back for an exchange to find that ASOS and Nobody's Child were out of stock. I emailed customer services (directly to Nobody's Child, not ASOS) and they told me where else their items were stocked, so I managed to find it after days of searching! Yasmin was so helpful and friendly. What a great company, with amazing service and clothes.”

“Poor quality and sizing terrible. I’m a size 14, have been for years, ordered 2 x size 16 items as wanted them roomy. Arrived and I’d be surprised if they are a size 10. Now to try and get a refund!”

“Yasmine helped to change the delivery address for my order after it had been confirmed, as the website glitched and auto-filled the wrong address. Although it's annoying that you can't cancel or amend an order on the Nobody's Child website, Yasmine was able to help sort out the problem easily.”
