Awful customer service. No refund after 3 weeks following being told the refund has been recieved. Told banking error over a week ago and still no refund. Criminal and shoddy!

The quality of a dress I ordered was extremely poor so I naturally returned it, which I am still waiting on refund for (It’s was returned weeks ago) The communication is also poor as I have sent several emails as I can’t find a contact number. All round poor service!

Disgusted with Nobody’s Child sizing. Why is there no quality control? Bought a dress a few months ago - size 14 & it fitted beautifully. Have gone back to order matching dresses for my daughter & I for her birthday. I had to get a 16 because there was no 14. It’s a different style to the last dress I got, but I can’t even zip it up. How can that happen? It shouldn’t be allowed to happen. Can’t believe that this company are also sell through M&S

I received a email 2 days ago from Vanessa saying to email the fault on the joggers. Did so 2 days ago and no response. Just going to return them and if they don't refund will recall the payment aft 14 days. Everyone you can contact your bank if you have returned the item and they have confirmed received after 14 days your bank will just pull the money back. Keep all documents and emails very simple 😊😊

Bought a beautiful dress, which arrived in good condition. After wearing it once I washed it as directed on the label. It shrank just enough to become too small to wear. When I complained to customer services I received a response asking for photos. After sending the photos, and a further two follow up emails I received no response. I’m very disappointed in the customer service, and as a warning to others, perhaps hand wash only as the fabric is liable to shrink.

Be aware Nobody’s Child do not provide refunds for online orders. - On 2.09.23 I started a return process via their online portal and sent the parcel with Royal Mail. - On 4.09.23, Nobody’s Child received it. I have a proof: first of all, Royal Mail tracking and secondly email from them confirming they have received it. - Since then, I have been chasing them over this as I never received a refund. Their continuous responses were “we are still trying to locate your parcel at the warehouse”. - The last email today was received from Silvia stating “ As mentioned previously, if we locate the parcel we will be in contact.” So there is a chance they will never contact me if they never find the parcel they have received and hence I will never receive my money back, (close to £440). Her response stated “IF WE LOCATE”. What has happened between you signed for it and now? - God knows what is happening at their warehouse, probably thieves? If this is the case, then please report it to the police and sort it out, take responsibility, but it has been over 7 weeks since you confirmed that you received my parcel, which magically disappeared after you have received it! SORT YOURSELF.

So annoyed Nobody’s child has taken my payment of £59 for a jumpsuit which I’ve received no email for confirmation of my order??? There is only a contact email which I’ve sent numerous emails to but nobody replies?????????? I want to get atleast a response????? This company NOBODY seems to be there????

I am still awaiting a refund, on two items, returned. Noticed on the website, we won’t advise you, when the refund is returned to you, you will know, when it arrives back in your account, or words to that affect!! Definitely would put me of purchasing anything from the website again. Would suggest, if you like an item try to purchase from M&S, no problem with returns.

Awful experience with customer service, better said: none at all because they don't even answer. I've purchased a few dresses some days ago and I've been given 2 different tracking numbers and none of them provides info on location. They're not even updated... I've tried contacting customer support (they only have a form inside their website) and no answer from them!!!

I sent 2 dresses back on the 6th may, it’s now the 24th of may and still no communication or refund. The refund process needs fixing. I wouldn’t have ordered if I had researched this first. If your desperate for a Nobodies child dress, order it from M&S as you won’t have to go through this awful refund process. Looks like I’ve still got a while to wait after reading the other reviews. Please sort this out Nobodies child. You can’t hold on to people money when they have sent your goods back!!!

Spent nearly £200 with the company, like many others still not received a refund even though they have said I will receive one, so they have admitted receipt of goods back, so will be taking it further, potentially small claims court. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this site. Only given one star as can’t give zero!

Love the style but sadly won’t be ordering from them again. Their returns are non existent. I’ve sent several items back and had absolutely no refund after well over a month. They’ve not acknowledged receipt of the return or anything they now owe me around £200. Disgusting service. They say they’re a small team but they’re in M&S and Next etc so they should spend some of our money on staffing properly.

I ordered a dress using their size guide and measurements. When the dress finally came, it was way too small. When I sent an email to Nobody's Child, I got a general "I'll pass this along" email. Definitely would not recommend.

I am always happy with the styles and the quality of the merchandise. I am satisfied with the delivery service and I love the fact that the company is environmentally aware and the fabrics are fabulous.

I was due a refund before lockdown happened in March. I was promised a refund in April and May, 10 emails from them all stating they would refund my purchase - in the end opened a PayPal case and had to claim my money back that way. It’s taken over 3 months. I would not bother. Poor quality products and poor customer service. I’ve only given this a one star because you can’t put zero.

Am having to dispute a payment via my credit card because Nobody's Child refuse to answer any line of communication. Returned items months ago and sent several messages questioning the return, no answer. Many other messages from customers saying the same thing on their FB wall. I would not recommend.

Returned two dresses in February tracked by Royal Mail. Got a refund for one of the dresses now April and still waiting for a refund for the second dress.I have done the e mail bit three times but still not got my refund. This is totally unacceptable and very poor service.Getting in contact with this company is also a pain.Nobody’s child needs to upgrade their customer service.I’m very very disappointed to say the least.
