I received a email 2 days ago from Vanessa saying to email the fault on the joggers. Did so 2 days ago and no response. Just going to return them and if they don't refund will recall the payment aft 14 days. Everyone you can contact your bank if you have returned the item and they have confirmed received after 14 days your bank will just pull the money back. Keep all documents and emails very simple 😊😊

Had my eye on the brand for a little while, so when I received and email for their sale I ordered a few dresses in the sale and had naturally ordered probably more than I would keep. Dresses all fit beautifully and really glad I ordered some and even at full price I think the dresses are reasonable. I had ordered these through Klarna and was a little worried about refunds as this tended to be peoples concerns or comments. It wasn't as quick as returning something to Amazon or ASOS, but it took about a week for them to receive my order and publish my return (which naturally went back to Klarna to change the amount I owe), so really not any complaints here either! Love the dresses and reasonable returns system and will be ordering again in the future!

Spent nearly Ā£200 with the company, like many others still not received a refund even though they have said I will receive one, so they have admitted receipt of goods back, so will be taking it further, potentially small claims court. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this site. Only given one star as can’t give zero!

Lovely dresses but this is the second time had to chase up returns , After month of sending items back. Sadly won’t be ordering again due to this

Love the style but sadly won’t be ordering from them again. Their returns are non existent. I’ve sent several items back and had absolutely no refund after well over a month. They’ve not acknowledged receipt of the return or anything they now owe me around Ā£200. Disgusting service. They say they’re a small team but they’re in M&S and Next etc so they should spend some of our money on staffing properly.

I ordered a dress using their size guide and measurements. When the dress finally came, it was way too small. When I sent an email to Nobody's Child, I got a general "I'll pass this along" email. Definitely would not recommend.

Awful customer service. No refund after 3 weeks following being told the refund has been recieved. Told banking error over a week ago and still no refund. Criminal and shoddy!

I am always happy with the styles and the quality of the merchandise. I am satisfied with the delivery service and I love the fact that the company is environmentally aware and the fabrics are fabulous.

Bought a beautiful dress, which arrived in good condition. After wearing it once I washed it as directed on the label. It shrank just enough to become too small to wear. When I complained to customer services I received a response asking for photos. After sending the photos, and a further two follow up emails I received no response. I’m very disappointed in the customer service, and as a warning to others, perhaps hand wash only as the fabric is liable to shrink.

Poor quality clothing. Cheap. Fit is small. No substance to finished article. Looks lovely in the picture. Ordered a few items all were poorly finished and cheap material

due to a processing error on the website my first order used the 15% welcome coupon. i made another order and requested the discount to be refunded to me. i was informed this is not possible. as someone who works in customer service for an online retailer and i find this incredibly hard to believe that there is not a system in place to issue partial refunds. i would avoid as the website is buggy and they are not willing to accommodate you to fix issues.

Was awaiting a refund the week before lockdown commenced. Still no refund to this day. Numerous emails back and forth promising the money would be returned and asking me to be patient. Time then lapsed with PayPal so I couldn’t process a claim. Furious! Email stating refund done, no funds reached my account so promised an investigating ā€œteamā€ at NC would investigate. Still nothing to this day and no updates unless I chase them. I simply can not recommend this site at all!

I was due a refund before lockdown happened in March. I was promised a refund in April and May, 10 emails from them all stating they would refund my purchase - in the end opened a PayPal case and had to claim my money back that way. It’s taken over 3 months. I would not bother. Poor quality products and poor customer service. I’ve only given this a one star because you can’t put zero.

Ordered a dress for £40 and the quality of the fabric was just awful! It was shiny and plasticky. Reminded me of the fabric of Halloween costumes you buy at supermarkets for £5/10. Ordered a cami dress size 8 (I'm a size 6/8 and sometimes size 8 is a bit large) but I could get into this dress! It was more a size 4! I will never buy anything from them ever again!

Thank you so much for such lovely customer service! I had an issue with USPS not being able to deliver my parcel, so I sent an email to Nobody's Child Customer Service not really expecting a reply and they got back to me straight away with a solution to the problem, they had rescheduled my delivery and put me in contact with my USPS delivery driver so I could pass on info about where to leave the parcel as no one was into collect it. Thanks so much to Yasmin and the team at Nobody's Child! Your help was so appreciated.

Customer service is excellent. No waiting around for a response. Emails are answered quickly. Prices are good. Clothes are good quality. Positive experience and will continue to use this website.
