The clothing is always of amazing quality, and the packaging is possibly the most beautiful I've ever received! I place an order almost every week and I can't get enough!

I threw away my original packaging and needed to return an item I bought, I got a speedy email back from a customer service representative who gave me all the information I needed to make the return and 20% off my next order!

Be careful when entering your address after I had pressed buy the postcode jumped from my London code to one in Birmingham I contacted them immediately they say they cannot change it. So I am buying a dress for someone in Birmingham unless, of course, they return it.

Woukd have been 5 stars however: I ordered some trousers which I'm very happy with. Nice quality but arrived extremely crumpled so not ready to just wear so for this they lose a star. Item marked as dispatched over weekend and there was no update on tracking for 3 days. I emailed nobodys child for an update and they never responded so for the poor customer service they lose a star.

The clothes are cute and they have amazing sales. I'm not very pleased with customer service however. I contacted CS before my items were shipped out to ask if they had the dress I ordered in a smaller size since it wasn't listed on the website. They said they did but for some reason or another couldn't upload the smaller sizes to their site. Representative assured me after three emails that they had adjusted my order and would ship that size to me. Package arrived 11 days later. Surprise, my order was in no way adjusted and they shipped me the wrong dress size. I have a feeling that the representative lied about changing my order for me. I also noticed that their website is super glitchy--new items that are clearly not sold out, disappear on and off depending on the hour of the day. I want to continue shopping here because the price is amazing for what you get, but they really need to get their act together.

Returned two dresses in February tracked by Royal Mail. Got a refund for one of the dresses now April and still waiting for a refund for the second dress.I have done the e mail bit three times but still not got my refund. This is totally unacceptable and very poor service.Getting in contact with this company is also a pain.Nobody’s child needs to upgrade their customer service.I’m very very disappointed to say the least.

Looks great on size but sizing is out. I am normally a size 10 but the Nobody's Child dresses are very tight - very little give across the middle and bust. Fabric very thin as well. Would expect better quality and shaping given the price.

I bought a dress which i feel was quite expensive compared to other stores. When it arrived it was folded up so small and was terribly creased. The material was vey thin for a dress of this price, and it came up very big considering it was a size 6. Very disappointing. Can't be bothered to send it back as i read people have problems getting a refund. I will never order any dresses from them again.

Bought instore. Purchased a loose fitting size. After one quick 30° wash it has shrank by at least a dress size and barely buttons up. The length has also greatly reduced. I thought £39 was a good price for a long dress, however not for one wear it isn’t. I had read some reviews talking about shrinkage of Nobody’s Child dresses and I naively assumed they must have washed them somehow wrongly. I wish I listened. I warn you, if you absolutely love a dress here perhaps buy a size (or two) larger than you need to avoid the samefate happening to you!

Refund process is awful! I ordered a few dresses & really liked them all, they even arrived quickly. However one was too large so I returned it. It reached them on May 25th but it's never been acknowledged & I've not received my refund. When I contacted them they said refunds can take up to 21 days but they'd look into it for me but I've heard nothing since. Would definitely put me off shopping with them again despite seeing lots of dresses I like on their website.

The quality of a dress I ordered was extremely poor so I naturally returned it, which I am still waiting on refund for (It’s was returned weeks ago) The communication is also poor as I have sent several emails as I can’t find a contact number. All round poor service!

Poor quality and sizing terrible. I’m a size 14, have been for years, ordered 2 x size 16 items as wanted them roomy. Arrived and I’d be surprised if they are a size 10. Now to try and get a refund!

Some of the clothes are lovely looking online however I ordered a cardigan which was poor quality fabric, poorly made and a very very poor fit. It had balloon sleeves but they were ridiculously big! I paid for 48hr delivery but I took three days to arrive. Free returns are a bonus but eight days later I’m still waiting on a return. When you consider brands like ASOS pretty much refund straight away, I wonder why people have been left waiting so long? Don’t think I would use them again just because the clothes quality seems so poor for the price of the clothing.

Paid £30 for a dress which first of all was ridiculously small and had buttons barely sewn on. Returned said item and have had no response regarding a refund despite emails and attempting to contact them on Twitter. Disappointing as the clothes look lovely but the customer service leaves room for improvement. I still haven’t received my refund.

They charge an arm and a leg for their clothing yet it’s terrible quality that doesn’t last more than a couple of washes. All of the garments I’ve purchased from them have either holes in the seams or have lost their shape. Avoid.

Similar to other customers, I needed to return a dress due to sizing that was off, and the return label from DHL they offered was not accepted in my town. I asked for an alternative option and they said no and would not refund my order. I'm out $80. They need to not ship to US locations that don't accept DHL.

I returned a faulty item in their say so. It did get lost in the post but PO said they are liable as they provided returns label. I messaged them loads of times but no refund. They then said I was referred to senior management for having a history of out of policy returns. I don’t know what they are talking about but their customer service has sadly gone downhill while their prices have gone. Sky high ! I have only ever returned items normally through the usual route ! Sad to resort to Accusations. Beware of this firm nowadays

Be aware Nobody’s Child do not provide refunds for online orders. - On 2.09.23 I started a return process via their online portal and sent the parcel with Royal Mail. - On 4.09.23, Nobody’s Child received it. I have a proof: first of all, Royal Mail tracking and secondly email from them confirming they have received it. - Since then, I have been chasing them over this as I never received a refund. Their continuous responses were “we are still trying to locate your parcel at the warehouse”. - The last email today was received from Silvia stating “ As mentioned previously, if we locate the parcel we will be in contact.” So there is a chance they will never contact me if they never find the parcel they have received and hence I will never receive my money back, (close to £440). Her response stated “IF WE LOCATE”. What has happened between you signed for it and now? - God knows what is happening at their warehouse, probably thieves? If this is the case, then please report it to the police and sort it out, take responsibility, but it has been over 7 weeks since you confirmed that you received my parcel, which magically disappeared after you have received it! SORT YOURSELF.
