“I highly recommend buying products from Nolae. I ordered two albums and it took 6 days for the albums to arrive since I am based in Ireland. They came well packaged and there was no damage to the albums. Their customer service is great too. I had a query about an EXO album and I received an in-depth explanation which helped. It also great the they have a great social media presence. It’s nice to have an online kpop shop based in Europe for us European fans. I will definitely be buying from them again as long as my wallet allows it!!”

“Two months ago I ordered two Stray Kids albums and they never arrived. I'm still waiting. It's a shame because I had already ordered and everything was perfect, but I don't think I'll reorder again.”

“Hab zwei mal bestellt, eine bestellung kann noch nicht ankommen wegen pre oder sachen aber die andere sollte schon längst hier sein (ende Oktober bestellt). auf nachfrage wurde gesagt das es probleme mit dem lieferanten gab da nicht genug bestellt wurde, aber auch dann kann man den kunden noch zumindest darüber informieren.”
